Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mesquite

Luv this Taco Bell in Mesquite, Nevada. Especally the crunchy tacos w/ crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and yummy cheese, and of course, the beef chilli middle------ANYthing mixed chilli works 4 me! There has been an awesome change in severs serving @ the drive-thru. They were all rude & abrasive a while back------that's why I stayed away for two years. Then, I started craving tacos one day.....Decided to R.I.S.K. being DISCRIMINATED AGAINST once again because the craving for crunchy crunchy super crunchy tacos way outweighed the abuse endured every time I was in town & drove-thru the drive-thru. Was I ever pleasantly surprised as I recall that day just like it was only yesterday... gingerly, timidly & with much trepidation, I edged my Evpedition closer to the menu to give my usual order. I held my breath.....waiting for the insults & verbal abuse to begin. Instead of the affected voice I was expecting to hear, a friendly female voice asked for my order. Went through drive thru while passing through on a trip. The signs for breakfast had not been changed at 9:00 AM and the workers did not want to run out to flip the menus... Then after ordering they apparently ran out of eggs for one of the burritos, which ok that happens but when asked how long it would take for eggs they gave me a response of 15 to 20 minutes. I may not meet the qualifications of a taco bell chef, but in my experience (7+ years of fast food) I have never heard of cooking eggs taking that long. It was clear the workers just didn't care. No one else was there and I might have been their first customer that morning so they probably just wanted to get back to hanging out or whatever. But not a good experience. I wanted to email their ownership, but they do not offer that on their receipt so here is my opinion. Figure out how to cook eggs in the one to two minutes...

Idk who your drive thru girl is but she needs to be fired!!! We ordered a red and a blue freeze drink and some food. We pulled up to the drive through window and were given a red and mango drink. My husband nicely said that we didn't order mango. The girl told him what he ordered wasn't available so they substituted the drink. He tasted it and said he was sorry but he didn't like that and we didn't order that, could we get another red one instead, since they didn't have blue? She told him too bad bc he took the mango so he had to keep it and pay for it. She forced him to take it. She is African American and the rudest person I've ever seen in my life. We have it on video. Check your cameras. I have thousands of followers on Twitter and hope this goes viral. This is too nice of a town for such a horrible person to try and spread her misery to...
