Facility Pros: Modern, clean facility, clean restroom, restroom has cleaning bottle to clean toilet after previous users.

Facility Cons: When I used the restroom the sensor sink didn't work and I put soap on my hands but couldn't rinse them off so I wiped them off with paper towels.

Amenities Pros: Free coffee or hot chocolate, and a machine that has hot or cold water. The cold water is fresh and cold. There's a vending machine with drinks a snacks. There's also a microwave to warm up your food up.

Amenities Cons: None

Check In Pros: Fast and easy when you have a Pick Up Number. Get sent directly to a door.

Check In Cons: None

Loading Pros: Usually start loading as soon as you back up. Sometimes it may take a little while before they start loading you if there are multiple trucks ahead of you. Once they start loading it take right at about 2 hours because they are hand loading every piece for the doors without a lock in latch. For the doors with a lock in latch and a red light green light signal, I'm unsure how long they take to load, though I'm certain it's faster because those doors are most likely loaded with a forklift.
