This place just stole my money, the restroom toilet was messed up and they had a problem and didn't want to move us to a new room. the lady at the front desk acted like it was our fault. When we got here, the lady in the office was very rude. The guy they sent to try and fix the restroom was playing both sides. Then they ended up moving us rooms, but the lady at the office bold faced lied and said we were smoking in the room. They kicked us out and kept our deposit and room money in only 4 hrs of us being there. It's like if we had just kept our mouth shut and kept the room the way it was, we probably would have gotten blame for it, or we would have just thought it out. I paid almost 80 for one night and 50 deposit. Why would I smoke it a room that has my 50. Make it make sense. It's like they don't want to hear me, and they are just trying to kick me out for the money. This is absolutely crazy. All the manager said to me on the phone when the girl at the front office on speaker phone is come in the morning and we will talk. We of course called the cops and they said it didn't smell like smoke and they gave us a report number but we were screwed out of our money and I feel pissed off because that my hard horned money just so they can keep it. They really used any excuses could and whoever the general manager is named sushil kumar that didn't returned any of my calls and text and finally decided to speak on the phone to kick us out. Just a horrible person. Did not care. Man was at the comfort of his owe home and did not care what was going on. We had no voice, and we were taking advantage of it.

HORRIBLE!!!! I booked a room at The Holiday Inn through an app but apparently they were booked up and actually did not have any vacancies so I decided to go to Days Inn because it was close and had rooms. Ughh.... I don't even know where to begin. The whole entire 2nd floor has a very heavy WEED SMELL, the remote was missing the battery cover, which didn't even matter because the TV in my room didn't work, tried to call the desk but... THE PHONE didn't work. Went down to the desk and the guy said he didn't know what to do about the TV. I asked for a new room (on the 1st floor) but was given another room still on 2nd floor. Well... the TV in this room did work (this remote was also missing battery cover) and the room itself was even worse than the first one. I was tired and didn't want to get high from walking in and out of the hallway so I just tried to go to sleep asap so this experience could be over. No smoke detector, a dead roach on the wall. I slept fully clothed with my hoodie over my head and a weapon next to me in case I needed to protect myself or make a run for my life. ALSO! The doors DO NOT close completely. Thankfully my awareness caught that the door does not close completely. You have to twist the knob and push to close it completely.

The lobby was hot and smelled. The front desk was empty and noone answered the bell; I rang 3x over 30 minutes. I went out to sit in my ac vehicle and tried again 15 minutes later. I got checked in with minimal difficulty... the room was hot and smelled like a vfw hall. The ac worked and the bed was comfortable, even though it had cigarette burn holes. I never could get the TV to work... ?wifi... no instructions, and when I asked at the desk they said "7878" was the password bit it didn't work. The first night, the hot water in the shower was barely tepid... but it worked the second night! Yay! There was no "do not disturb" signs, so housekeeping tried to open the door at 08:30. I got up and left... figured they would turn the room sometime between 09:30 and 17:30, but no... no maid service. I got so excited about having a hot shower that I decided to try the hot tub. It was green. In the room, the toilet paper ran out and there were no less than 4 light bulbs that were burned out. If I hadn't spent my spring break in cold-war Moscow and then lived in Iraq in a tent for 6 months, my perspective might be even worse... but I'll give 2 stars because the bed was comfortable and the ac worked.

Our experience was HORRIBLE and VERY HUMILIATING. I traveled from FL to TX with my registered service dog, who is trained to provide support for my mental disability. We were confirmed for a 3 night stay on Sunday, 10/30, ending on Wednesday, 11/2, which I informed the hotel of my service animal on my online reservation. The room was in no way suitable for our stay but we were willing to deal with the unkept room until Christina at the front desk told my husband that my service dog was not allowed in that hotel without papers. He attempted to explain that he was my service animal but I was working, couldn’t stop to let him go out, and promised I would bring his documents shortly. She demanded that he not bring my REGISTERED service dog back in the facilities and threatened to call the police. My husband came to get me immediately and explained what was just conveyed to him. I immediately stopped working and took my RSA’s papers and registered service animal badge, which we’ve carried with us for the 7 years that we’ve had him with no problems ever. She was on the phone with the manager, Sudohl (I believe that was the name), and was calling me a liar and a fraud. She took a photo of the ID, stated it did not look legitimate and asked me what service does my dog provide, while (insinuating he was a pet or emotional support animal and not a registered service animal). I stated he provides service for my disability but she continued questioning exactly what services does he provide. I asked her was she asking what my disability was and she stated my law she can ask what services my service animal provides for me. I told her she is not allowed to question me in that manner. She showed me a paper of animals not allowed in the hotel and told me that my emotional support animal was not allowed. I continued to explain to her that he was not an ESA and attempted a difference. She told me her manager was going to call to verify my information and would let me know if we could stay or not. I was very upset and humiliated by her continued accusations that he was most likely a emotional support animal that should not be allowed in the hotel. I told her that we would leave and report her to the ADA. She seemed to not be bothered by my words and informed me she check us out and refund us if we wanted to leave. At this point I was irate and very upset with her manner. I attempted to record our conversation due to my disbelief of her actions. She left me at the window and refused to provide any more service to us. We waited over 30 mins for her to complete our transaction but she never returned. I called law enforcement to assist us as I was appalled with our treatment. They never came so we left. I cannot believe this type of service. This should be unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Wyndham Hotel. I have reported this facility to the ADA for denying us access even after providing the clerk with the registered...

Horrible, horrible hotel. Started out our stay by going in the room and seeing that the sheets were stained and the bath didn't have a plug. No big deal here we can manage that. The bed wasnt the best quality but fortunately we did not have bed bugs on ours (I had a couple bites on me the next morning but we'll blame it on mosquitoes). The next morning we went to get the grab and go breakfast as it stated there was online, only to find they only had old muffins and coffee. In the jacuzzi only the feet jets would work. The next night of our stay we got back to our room to find that the ceiling was leaking water all over our belongings. Called the front desk (young boy who didn't really know what to do..didn't expect him to) and he contacted the manager who im assuming said to just put a bucket under the water because that was the "solution" for the night. Refused to move us to a different room saying they were booked full but online said otherwise. Next up, when I got home I realized I left my purse in the hotel room. We called them immediately to talk to a woman who said she couldn't go check the room until after the current occupant checks out at 11 (so they had an occupant in the room with a ceiling leak the night prior?) We called right before 11 to see right at that time if my purse was in there and the woman said they didn't find it. We asked how she went and checked when it wasn't 11 yet when she told us it was impossible to check before 11? The woman became increasingly rude and hung up on us. My husband continued to call back to retrieve information from the woman who would not tell us in any way how to get a hold of the manager. Then she started to pick up the phone and hang it up. When we called again, she said she was calling the police for "harassment". When we tried asking how we were harassing when we were only trying to get information that we needed, she hung up again. The manager of this hotel finally emailed me after corporate made him. He continues to ignore our calls and insists that he calls us daily with no response (call logs will say otherwise). I gave this man two numbers to reach us and he continues to ignore us. I beg you all to learn from my mistake and pay extra to get a room at any other hotel but here so you do not have to deal with thieves/scammers/property destruction. The manager Sushil Kumar is the worst manager I've ever encountered and their staff definitely follows in the...

A waste of money! We had three rooms rented for a wedding. At first, it was so great. It smelled nice, super clean, and good service|One of the rooms was on the second floor and had a light out in the bathroom. They ended up just giving us from a 1 bed to a 2 bed on the first floor for no charge as a solution. Cool. The second room, nothing wrong and it was great. The third room had stains on the bed, cigarettes still put out and sitting there, and just a very gross atmosphere. They sent room service to the room and cleaned it quickly.|The next morning, we go to the breakfast room. We were excited for Texas shaped waffles that we seen in the photos. Instead, we were greeted with yogurts, muffins, juice. Everything was out or not working— even the cereal and milk were “out” at the start.|We went about our day regardless. It was cheap, so we couldn’t be too mad. We asked them to skip our room for cleaning as we didn’t want people in our room. We talked to the cleaning crew and just asked for three new towels and some toilet paper. They told us to just throw out the dirty ones to the hall. Pretty easy, cool.|We checked out the next day, 30 minutes before check out.|Shortly after we left, I got a call that I originally missed. No voicemail left, but I called back. No answer. I called again and was told that a blanket and all the towels were gone and we would be charged $200. I was so confused, told them how we didn’t take anything and it must be a misunderstanding. The lady said she would talk to her cleaning staff and call me back.|I never got a call back- but I did get an alert of a $200 charge on my card.|My boyfriend called back and they basically said there’s nothing they can do and the charge is final.|I understand it’s a common truck stop and many people probably lie and steal- but why would I steal ALL the cheap (used at this point) towels and a blanket? Most of us brought our own blankets and just slept on top of the bed. This place is such a scam. Now I see why the room costs were so low- a $200 charge after is what you don’t see! If you have any debate on staying here- don’t. Learn...
