Beening coming around this places for couple of time with in the years. It has been the same guy at the register. He has good customer service.just make sure when you ordering check your food before you leave. If you want to dine in the A/C is NOT cooling at all. So you will not enjoy your food it Hot. The T.V.'s are load. Our order was 6 tacos a small order of fries two drinks & a huarache. The huarache beans were cold. I ask for fajita and they they gave me steak 😒 the meet had no taste and was hard to chew. The tacos of barbacoa was more fat then meat so my friend didnt eat them all. No one came to check on us to see if we need anything and if they did it was time to leave. The guy was on his phone sweeping, the cooks were sitting down watching T.V. & the girl was behind the register on her phone. Since they remodel this places they has gone from better to wrost. The food here is delicious. I always get the torta cubana or sopes. I’ve gotten the massive one before too and that was good. Easily cut into 3 to share. I think next time I’ll request to add chorizo to the cubana because that’s what I’m used to as far as what’s on it. I know it varies. I just wish that their red salsa had a better flavor. Also, their menu online doesn’t match what their menu is in store, that could be improved so you know exactly what you’re getting. This in store menu is very clear and well organized. Stopped by this restaurant this afternoon and was greeted with bad customer service! I was reviewing the menu and asked the lady at cash register about the prices on tortas. She was very unpleasant and responded with the prices are on menu. And yes, I see there on the menu but can you explain a little further like how is this torta $19.99! Yikes! Overpriced for sure and then to deal with unwelcoming employee at the front. No thank you! I did not eat here today and will not return.
