After a year and a half of not having a date me and my husband decided to have a date with our 1 year old son before we have our daughter in September. We did not think the food was bad. For the price I'm very disappointed with the service we have received. The waitress (Portia) gave us only 1 drink refill the whole time we were there, brought us the check without asking if we wanted anything else like desert, we asked for a Togo cup and shocker she never brought it to us after 10 minutes of waiting and her going to other guests who came in 5 minutes after asking for the Togo cup, her attitude radiated "you're bothering me by being here". She was very short with her words and didn't care to be kind. We called to talk to a manager and the women who picked up the phone said the manager was in a meeting until he gets off work in 4 hours and when the next manager is in he'll also be going into a meeting so we cannot talk to a manager. I'm so very upset that we have wasted our money on going here after so long of not having a date in over a year.
Update: We called for a manager again an hour after leaving OTB and actually talked to one. He was very kind and helpful and I'm hoping the sever gets retrained. IF we end up going back I hope the service is a lot better then it was this time. Other reviews and experiences don't really...
Read moreWhen we first showed up the hostess tried to sit us at someone else's table only to realize her mistake at the last minute. After sitting at our correct table, the server came over and take our order and this is when the horrible service started.
There was 5 of us and they only brought out the food for the adults leaving a hungry kid without food. I understand this happens but its what followed that was unacceptable. We informed the food runner that he forgot the kids meal. He looked at the receipt and acknowledge his mistake and then disappeared forever. For the next 10 minutes, yes it was really that long, we did not see the food runner or our server. Finally we ask one of the many employees standing around to get the manager. The manager goes to the kitchen to get the food. We wait, again. The wait this time was due to the food being cold and having to be remade. I guess our server and food runner were too busy doing nothing and the countless employees standing around could not be bothered to work.
We finally get our food and the bad service is still not over. The server eventually makes her way to our table to apologize and then disappears, again. We finish eating and have to wait for our server so we can get our check. We continue waiting. Finally we are able to cash out and leave. We will not be...
Read moreOur party arrived on a Saturday evening around dinner time. Around 6 o’clock. The restaurant was busy as expected. Parking is plentiful and the property is well kept and inviting. Green grass, flowers, rocks. The parking lot and sidewalks were clean and free of the trash. There is an outdoor waiting area as well as an indoor waiting area. There was only a short wait, about 10 minutes. We were immediately greeted and put on the waitlist for a party of 3. We were seated in a nice booth on the left side of the restaurant on the wall that leads to the bathrooms in the corner. We were greeted right away by a young man and his trainee, a young lady. I wish I would have remembered their names. They were fantastic. Chips and salsa were brought right away and we were offered queso or guacamole as well. We opted for the queso as we had a reward for a free one. It was hot and delicious. Our drink and food orders were taken within minutes. Waters, soda, and margaritas were brought shockingly fast. I was impressed. Our dinners came shortly thereafter and again, hot and delicious. Dessert was offered, although we were full and satisfied we ordered the strawberry mini chimichangas. Amazing! Great service, great food, and a great...
