Worst customer service ever!! First of all, the app led me to this location, saying they had a couple of varieties of an item I needed, which they did not. That's not their fault, that's the app. But when I asked about the item, I got attitude. Not a deal breaker, and I had a few other things to purchase. That's where we have a huge problem. The stores often do not have clearance priced items that ring up correctly. When you go to check out, it will ring normal price. Every single other store, every time that's happened, and I can show them the price on my phone, has never hesitated to correct the price at the register. I had 4 or 5 items, all but one of them from clearance, 2 of which I actually really needed, that weren't just impulse buys. All of them rang regular price. The guy didn't even act like he had a clue they have clearance items in the store. I showed the cashier the posted price, and he just looked at me like I had pissed on his shoes. Finally I asked, are you not going to change the price? He didn't even have the courtesy to use words, only shook his head like I was a complete nuisance. Didn't know if he thought I was trying to pull something over on him, all while I was showing him the official site of the company he works for, who pays him, but it did feel like the "you can't fool me, I'm not giving this to you for half price, you're lying " kinda vibe. I didn't even wait for him to try the other 3 items I had left in the cart, I just walked out. I didn't see anyone else around, which is a shame. I'm sitting in my car writing this and I'm too angry about this. Ridiculous! If I could give negative stars I would. The store was also hard to get around, for so many boxes in the middle of aisles, right at rush hour time...

I was told it was at another store. I called customer service and they told me my order was at this store.I went in sunday 5/12 to pick it up and one of the white workers pretended to talk to the manager and said they don't do online orders. I asked would I get my money back she told me she doesn't know. The black worker in the store looked at her like she was crazy and corrected her several times about not being able to do online orders but she kept trying to talk over her and saying they don't do them. I could tell she was lying because she was acting weird and shifty. The very next day I kid you not I got a notification saying my order was ready. Then I called the store and another black worker answered the phone and said she doesn't know why they told me that she said that they have my order ready and she's not sure why that happened. I have been here 4 times and they have an employee scanning your things at the self checkout, but the next person in line can scan themselves. They pick and choose who they let actually use the self checkout. Today I said something and she said you have to wait until I can check you out. When she was finally ready to scan my things she saw my hands full and said "you can set them down" when I tried to hand it to her. She wouldn't take my card for payment and made me do that part myself. Just let me do all of it myself in that case!! There is no consistency in procedure here. If 5below is trying to stop the self checkout then remove them and replace with traditional registers. I won't be back to...
