At first when I saw all the reviews after my experience I wasn't going to pile on because it just more of the same but it's also very convincing the more people you see with the same complaints. Obviously this location needs to make some changes to how they do business. In my experiences their online order procedures needs to be looked at very closely. If I go somewhere I try to at least give them two or three chances before I stopped going altogether. This is the third time I have ordered from this location online. On Friday May 20th I put in an online order approximately 2:15 p.m. for a 5 pm pickup and was told my pickup time would be between 5 and 5:05 p.m. when I got to the location and told the person in the front that I was there for pickup she never even spoke to me and walk to the back as though she was going to check. Several minutes later she returned but still did not speak to me and ignored me trying to get her attention. I was the only customer in the building. Another employee came and took my information and when they finally found it it had not even started yet and this was 5:05pm. At 5:20 I went and asked to speak to a manager and that is when they brought my pizza out. I first checked to make sure it was correct because the last time I ordered the order was incorrect and I did not find out until I got it home. Read moreCalled in an order for a large sausage, onion, jalapeno pizza and a large pepperoni pizza at 5:45 p.m. (the guy on the phone) repeated my order and I heard him call it back correctly (he was new). Picked up the pizzas I got home to see I was given the pepperoni and a pepperoni,onion & jalapeno instead of sausage. I called and I was told to bring the wrong pizza back and they'd make a replacement (this guy was really nice and pleasant). I went to get the replacement and got home it had the correct toppings but no pizza sauce on it .... It was dry, no taste to it a lot of jalapenos barely any onions. I looked at my nephew's pepperoni pizza he'd been eating & it also had no pizza sauce.
