Update May 24th 2024. I obtained some tacos and a super salad today for the wife and myself, and as you can see in the pictures of the super salad the sour cream is kind of clumpy and literally does not look fresh. And the other picture you say the taco where the sour cream is nice and creamy looking doesn't look clumpy or even dehydrated. My wife and I both looked at it, I even tasted a little bit of it and it tastes very bland almost like cottage cheese. Definitely not eating this and taking it back up there thank goodness they're only a few minutes away. The two pictures to the left are of the super salad, the picture to the right is the taco. This is an older review: I would rate higher, but Taco Casa uses a fake cheese sauce for their nachos and super nachos. It is a taste difference anyone can tell. The shredded cheese for the tacos and burritos taste pretty genuine (I still have my doubts), but the cheese sauce, is almost like trying to eat fake plastic 'butter' on plastic rye bread, pretty gross. For what they are charging, one would think you could get real cheese sauce on the Super Nachos at least. They would taste so much better. The Taco meat is kind of if'fy between establishments. Some taste like beef, some taste like that beef flavored ascorbic acid, some taste like beef flavored soy meal and ascorbic acid at like Jack. We mainly only eat the tacos, because they are pretty much WYSIWYG, and you know you are more than likely getting ascorbic acid beef and fake cheese or real cheese. 50/50 shot.

Came to this location because the other location in Beltline was closed after a football game. It was 2 cars ahead of me, so ordering wasn't bad. The bad part was actually getting our food. It took 15 min to get to the window, & then another 17 before we got our 12 tacos. I have recorded video of all the employees playing around, cussing out loud, joking around & plain not working! I didn't see any older person working & I really think that this is why service was SO BAD! I eat at Taco Casa all the time, but this is 1 that I'll NEVER come back to, because of this experience. There's got to be a change in management, because this shouldn't be allowed. There were 7 cars behind me while the employees played around & didn't do much working.

Okay so I recently discovered Taco Casa and I really like the food. The first one ever went to was the one in Box Springs Texas and it was really good . But this one over here in Mesquite off of Galloway and municipal I don't know what it is but the people taking orders extra rude. So today on August 7th of 2020 went to get something to eat when was treated rudely by speaker order taker and tell them that they can just keep their order I don't want their food. So if you're in the mood for a Taco Casa go to the one in Box Springs don't go to the one-off municipal in Galloway the one in Box Springs will treat you a lot better in the people are not nicer and for some reason the iced tea taste a lot better

Had been going to this place for years. Now the wait is 20 minutes to even order in drive thru, 3rd time in a row for that so seems to be the new normal. Attendant didn't even know how to work the menu to make the order. Had to repeat order 3 times. Still setting in drive thru now 30 minutes. Only 4 cars were in front of me when I pulled in.

Last two times Food was cold and small, half size what they used to provide and also of course costs have gone up but serving size and quality have declined.

This will be my last visit to this location, sad. Someone took a good business and sunk it. I am a time management person and they are loosing so much revenue because they are only providing to about half of the customers they could be getting. I saw 5 cars pull in and pull back out after not moving for 10 minutes and u am stuck to where I could not pull out but at least 5 customers in just 20 minutes pulled off.

Update; 34 minutes to move through five cars finally get up to get my food ordered to chiladas and a soft taco handed me my bag straight up and down so both chiladas just slid right into the bottom of the lid and the tray pretty much like taking a plate of food at home and just turn it on its head and let it all fall onto your table. Then the young man didn't give me any napkins no Fork no salsa had to ask for those things.

Whoever's running your process and customer service is absolutely horrible seems like you don't actually have a person that's doing that and if you do that person sucks at their job obviously because this is the worst customer service hat ever now it being the third time for an extremely long wait poor quality of food poor Attitudes by the employees it is the last time I will ever eat at that...

Standing there ordering our food I noticed how extremely clean the restaurant was inside as well as behind the counter. I mentioned this to the staff along as I recognized how everyone was very cheery and happy. The whole store was very clean or the whole restaurant was very clean. That says a lot for a younger group of people working. The lead person on the floor was also very young. We had a wonderful conversation as I complimented the staff he had working which was considered the night crew. My husband and I will definitely be back to this location. It just felt so relaxing knowing that this whole restaurant was clean and organized. Our food came out perfect. It was very warm. Everything was correct. The employees there were very cordial and very fun and kind to everyone. It's rare nowadays that you go into a restaurant and everything is truly perfect. I would give this place a 10 stars for everything done perfect extremely perfect including extremely perfect attitudes. How unique. There are many places who could take great lessons from this place. You all set the standard quite high and all of you should be extremely proud of yourselves. When no one is watching and you do this excellent that says a lot about your work ethics and your integrity. If I had my own company I would invite you to come and visit my place and if you happen to drop an application in I would not hesitate to have all of you on staff. Just for the record I do not have my own company but I'd be honored to have a group of people working for me like all of you. You are a rare find and the company you all work for should be extremely honored to...
