Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Mesquite

They Did not have wings or cheese sticks. They "cancelled" my order and I have not received my refund. They don't know how to contact upper management, and even asked me to call back Sunday. Days later, my money is stuck behind a pending transaction. This location may be new, but they are consistently out of something in the middle of the day.

This is not the first time it's happened here either. Update a few days later. The transaction isn't pending anymore and the money was officially pulled and completed. I had to request a dispute from my bank, which is currently an ongoing investigation.

If you plan on purchasing from this location. I'd advise using cash. Do not use card and definitely don't use online or app (which sucks because that's the easiest way to get points for your purchase). The food itself is great here, but, the underlying problem is they are often always out of something (mid day, not night), or something else is broken.

The moment they call you and ask you if you want them to "cancel" the order, is the moment you don't see your money for up to 5+ days potentially. And if you are feeding a big family like I am, know that the large amount you spent isn't coming back soon.
