I am from Houston and FUN Billiards let me poke around and look at some of the auction items they had. They had a lot of great new pinball machines but I was really interested in an older machine they had procured. The owner gave me a price I was happy with in whatever state it was currently in BUT he meant after his techs had gone through it put in new leds, made sure everything worked, and it played perfectly. I came back (from Houston) after like ten days and it was ready. I have been operating it now for around a week and it has been playing amazing. My customers AND I am very pleased. I picked up the machine and used my blankets/ratchet straps but knowing Texas and how far I was driving they provided a pinball pallet and additional wrap to really protect the game. You know the only place it rained was over my truck the whole trip Eyore style. I am extremely grateful for the courtesy of loading the machine, helping me set it to accept quarters, and sticking to a fair good price for a machine that I was extremely eager to get. The gentlemen who loaded the machine into the truck was very courteous and the tech and owner seemed to be a very knowledgeable team. I look forward to possibly purchasing further used equipment for operations based on this extremely positive experience. I would highly recommend them if I lived locally and still recommend them living in Houston. I am price conscious but not worrying about something I bought getting ruined in the rain or messing up after I just bought it provides a lot of value to my life. We absolutely love pinball, and let's be honest, they're not cheap. We have an arcade in our home with 10 machines, and we learned very quickly the importance of having a reputable dealer we can trust. That's Fun!, and more specifically, that's Craig Hassel.

I love working with Craig. He is the absolute best, and he is an extremely stand-up and honest dude. On occasion something new comes out that we really want, which means we have to say goodbye to one of our existing machines. We always order them the day they are announced from Craig, and never worry about him giving us a fair price for our used machines on trade.

His delivery guys are top notch as well. We just had them come by today to deliver another machine and take one back on trade. They take such good care around existing furniture and the hardwood floors, and they take the time to make sure everything fits, is leveled, and properly working.

From my initial email to Craig inquiring about the Williams "Fire" pinball machine, every step of the buying process was simple. Both Craig and his staff that I dealt with were absolutely fantastic. Becky made the purchasing and shipping process super easy. Thats's quite a feat considering the pinball machine was shipped almost 1100 miles. Craig was honest about the condition of the machine, which the condition was even better than I expected for a machine of almost 40 years old when I unwrapped it upon delivery.
