The quality of this store fluctuates daily. If I go around noon during the week, I usually get a correct order that tastes good. Any other time, though...For example, I went through the drive-thru this evening. I often get a beef chalupa meal, which used to be #6, but it seems they had changed it to chicken chalupas for some stupid reason. No problem. I asked for beef instead of chicken (twice) and it was reflected on the screen. I also asked for unsweet tea. I pulled straight up to the window, as I was the only car in the drive-thru. However, they gave me sweet tea, which happens so often that I always taste it before I even leave. So I got them to replace it with unsweet tea. Great, no problem. I should have checked the order, though, because when I got home, I found they had made chicken chalupas instead of beef. I really don't like their chicken. It's dry and tasteless, and I had to use several of their sauce packets just to taste anything. At least their "ground beef" or whatever it's pretending to be has some seasoning in it. They didn't even give me a receipt so I could take their survey. I get that it's not supposed to be gourmet, but Taco Bueno has much better quality food for the same price (sometimes less). But it's a little out of my way and this particular TB location is more convenient to get to after work. I try not to complain but I'm seriously done with this place. I've worked at TB in the past and yes it is stressful, but it's really not that hard. The person making the food is supposed to have a drive-thru headset so they can hear what the customer is saying. Did they not hear me ask twice for beef instead of chicken? Part of the problem is that they have a sensor and timer that keeps track of how long a car is sitting at the window, and they are penalized by their higher-ups if their average wait time is too high. So yeah, I get it. But I'm going to start going to Pancho's, which is right behind this store and approximately one and a half billion times better than TB. I give them 2 stars just because the ladies who work during lunchtime are very friendly and always get my order right. Read moreI just had to sit through a 4 hour iron infusion and was hungry afterwards plus the fact I needed to eat something so I decided that I was in the mood for tacos and this Taco Bell was on my way home so I decided to get me something on my way home plus I was in the mood for tacos. Going through the drive thru at any place is always a win lose or draw when it comes to your order because they know you won't look at your food until you get to a place to eat it and they know that 9 times out of 10 that your not going to come all the way back and complain or ask for the one item your missing and so forth. Of course with technology now we can complain on here about food and service and the employees very seldom know about the complaints but I'm glad that we can help future customers out. Now that being said I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and a burrito supreme and I went home. The young lady at the drive thru was nice but couldn't get it that I wanted extra sour cream on my burrito supreme so I stopped trying to get it across and just said yes 2 tacos and a burrito supreme. I would of and should of taken pictures but I had to get something in me because I was getting sick but my tacos had more lettuce then it did meat or cheese and my burrito supreme and yes I did say supreme a lot while ordering it just so they knew it was a supreme and not just a burrito but I might as well have saved money and got just the regular burrito since mine had a lot of beans and a tiny bit of meat, no cheese and a small amount of lettuce and tomato and no sour cream. I even asked for hot sauce which I did get one pack for all 3 items. What happened to Taco Bell, I've never ever had food like this from them. Was it just this location or all locations. Their standards have gone down hill when it comes to food quality and it's so not worth the price. Read moreMaria Martinez and her husband visited this place 10/13/2019 for dinner around 8:20 pm so they entered the store and ordered crispy tacos in front caunter after she followed other orders that were served first and the wait for her was more than 20 minutes. so when observing that they were delaying she approached fron caunter to ask and the person of male ispanic origin attended him using a not very positive word that he kept waiting no matter that he was being notified that they had already passed 20 minutes Then, after observing how the clients came out with their order and they were ignored, it was decided to ask to speak with the manager on duty who preceded the front caunter as a woman of the brunette race, either not very professional, I can say with certainty she did not apologize and I just ask how we wanted the refund if cash to the credit card. I asked for cash. and she opened the box and took out the cash and threw it on the front caunter table. It seems disrespectful to me since normally by education it is necessary to give in the hands with dignity and respect
The next day we decided to call to speak with the general manager but I answer a woman apparently she was a shift manager but when I told her what happened she told me that the GM was not there and that she did not know or had access to the employees as the list of who worked yesterday and who didn't know anything and apparently didn't care
We ask the corporation to visit the store and verify the irregularities and complants and help make a change. Our community is not treated as it deserves. sometimes. thank you. let's save that it will work to improve this type...
