I have so much to say about this location and I do hope the regional manager will see this review. My elderly father in law that speaks mostly Spanish, doesn't understand technology, and is 79 years old with partial hearing loss, went to this location in hopes to get a new iPhone to replace his old iPhone 6. At the time, he was wearing his apple watch and had his iPhone 6 in hand and held up an advertisement to a Samsung Galaxy. Edith did not hesitate to sell him this expensive phone when she knew very well that he was an iPhone 6 owner. She knew that the iPhone 16e had just come out and had a major deal of $49 for the phone on the $60 per month phone plan. She knew that this elderly man was wearing his apple watch, and she knew she heard my English dominate mother in law state that he wants an iPhone. Yet, she continued to sell him the $213 Samsung Galaxy. When my father in law returned home, he realized his apple watch did not work with the new phone so he called us to come help and take a look at the phone. We noticed that it was not the correct phone and he needed an explanation in Spanish to understand that they had sold him a phone he did not want. We called Edith immediately, which was less than 20 minutes from when he left this Gus Thomason location, and she stated the phone was un-returnable. I got on the phone with the Boost that we are used to dealing with (Town East Mall location) and asked their employee and manager (Theo and MJ) if they could do anything about it. They were the ones that fixed the problem and took back the Samsung Galaxy and gave my father in law the iPhone he needed. Edith needs to be a sales person, not a step follower and money hungry thief. She took advantage of an elderly man that did not know his brands of phone. Being a post millennial with her fancy, self absorbed nails and makeup, I know she sees the details and she saw my father in law's apple watch and she heard my mother in law state he wants an iPhone. But she wanted to make the bigger sale. What surprised me the most was when my husband had called her and before he told her why he was calling, she already knew, "Is this about the Samsung Galaxy sale?" Tell me, is that not guilt that was setting in that she knew what she did. Do not go to this location. Do not bother with these self absorbed people. Go to the Town East Mall location (Inside the mall by Dicks Sporting Goods) and see Theo and MJ instead. PS. I made Edith take back the case she sold my father i law since I didn't feel that was something Theo and MJ had to deal with. Edith can dig the box out of the trash...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am beyond frustrated at the service offered in this location and at Edith G. the customer service representative. My elderly dad went in to this location to switch his older Iphone 6 to a newer iphone 16 and instead they sold him a Samsung Galaxy. He overpaid by at least $100 in the switch and never recovered that money because we made the return at another location. They offered him no additional promotions and then sold him an overpriced case for $30. I called my dad and found out and called the place back (Galloway location) explicitly asking that we might return the phone the same day. I understand that the service switch had already been made but instead of working with me EDITH G. said it could not be done. When I pressed her for more information she offered to talk to the manager but was negative about the whole thing. So I called the Town East location up and they helped me out doing everything, - the switch back to a new iphone16, the return, everything. So I would not recommend this location at all. I do not know who the manager is but I would train my associates better in telling them that returns can be done. This experience was atrocious and I will certainly let corporate know. I hope Edith G. at this location can be...
