I have been a regular customer at this Little Caesars location for several years. Initially, the service was excellent, with friendly staff and quick, accurate pizza orders. However, during my most recent visits, the quality of service has significantly declined.
The customer service has deteriorated, and the staff frequently refuses to fulfill custom orders, insisting that only cheese or pepperoni pizzas are available. This is despite the fact that custom orders are accepted online. While I understand the need for efficiency in a fast-paced environment, the consistent refusal to accommodate custom orders over several weeks suggests a lack of effort or unwillingness to provide the full range of services.
Additionally, when requesting extra toppings, such as double pepperoni or double sauce, the pizzas appear to contain only the standard amount despite the upcharge for these requests. This inconsistency further detracts from the overall experience.
This location once met high standards, but it no longer delivers the same level of service. I hope to see improvements...
Read moreI WAS excited to find out there was a Little Caesar's drive thru near me. However, the pizza location at 4555 Gus Thomason in Dallas Texas was very dissappointing at first. Very little of the 4 ingredients I ordered and the extra cheese I ordered was missing. PLUS they had no packets of red pepper flakes or parm, which they said they've never had. I drove back thru the drive thru and talked to the sweet young man working the window who also had to run food out to cars. I demanded more ingredients, which he relayed to the manager. They asked me to wait in the lot for 10 minutes. The result was a fabulous pizza, the pizza I originally ordered. Here's the thing: the store is following company protocol, which is lacking. This store was kind enough to fulfill what I expected, yet I truly believe the company guidelines are lacking. Which is why we have to demand more at certain locations. Read moreCustomer service, horrible. My order I placed on 11/11 was not complete!! Called the store and the young man that answered the phone, all he had to say was come back and pick it up! Talked to Danielle M., who I was told was the manager. She said she’d credit my card and it would take 5-7 days. I waited, credit never came, big shock there!! I emailed corporate to no avail, of course got sent to the wrong place. Gave it a few more days, called and spoke to someone in corporate and they said they would have the district manager call me to resolve. Well, I’m still waiting for that phone call. I’m not worried about the money, it’s all principle now! If Little Caesars needs my money that bad that could ask for donations. Not just steal it from me!
