Stuck On You Tattoos & Piercings — Attraction in Mesquite

I don't usually write reviews but i feel like coming here was a waste of time. I went on a Saturday afternoon, mind you it was pretty slow. I wanted to get a tattoo and the girl that was helping me told me it would be around 2 hours to get it ready but she would call me when she was ready and had me fill out the form with all of my info. I left and didn't hear back. 2 hours passed and i decided to call and no one answered and i noticed it was closing time. So i decided to show up and at least get an explanation on why i never heard anything. She opened the door and told me that I left. I told her she told me that she would call me and she didnt. She was like no i told you to wait here and proceeded to ask if i would like to reschedule for monday. 1. Why would she want me to wait for 2 hours in the lobby (even though i heard her clear as day that she would call me) 2. I left my ID when i first walked out and came back to get it in case i needed it within the 2 hours of waiting and she told me "ok let me just make a copy." If she saw me walk out thinking 'i left' why would she still make a copy? She was nice but whether or not it was 'miscommunication' she could've at least reached out to ask if i was still interested or not. Unprofessional...

Service was great, tattoo was not, I have a fully more detailed tattoo on my other arm and another one and I’ve NEVER felt the pain that I had when I got this tattoo, my skin was literally torn into and even to this day I still have the scratch in my skin, i believe I got this done about a few weeks ago, the legs were not finished, personally I feel like if my arm was getting cut into, atleast the lines would’ve stayed, but instead I have cuts and not a full tattoo , I even tried to do the benefit of the doubt and let it fully heal , not mad about the tattoo not being finished , it’s just very upsetting , that my skin was cut into, to not even be finished. I also had a rash that I’ve never had before and it was absolutely horrible , NOW I have to make a update on my review and give this place a ONE star after being nice enough to even give it two stars, it was definitely done at stuck on...

Came here during their Halloween flash. 3 days after I went to clean off the tattoo exactly how they specified on their Instagram after care highlight and a Big chunk of ink came off. I just figured it was already starting to scab but it did look very light compared to the rest of it. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and let it heal in hopes that it was just looking funny because it was still healing. Well a month goes by and there are more places it did the same to so I messaged the guy. Maybe he could go over it and fix it a bit? I sent him a picture and explained what happens and HE LEFT ME ON READ. didn’t even bother responding. Then proceeded to watch my Instagram stories for a few days I guess to make sure I wasn’t trashing him? Idk but overall very unprofessional. It wasn’t that serious but the whole ignoring me and then keeping an eye just tells me he KNOWS...
