Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Mesquite

We ordered 3 hot fudge sundae after we had our sandwiches. The sandwiches were okay. Inside 6 people were standing together and having a nice chat. It was not super busy. But they were not motivated to serve the customers. The hot fudge sundae was served without the hot fudge. I needed to ask 3 times and had to show them a picture of what they usually look like at Sonic. It's so poor that they cannot train the staff. You were visited by a Service Coach... I come back in a few weeks and I will check if you improved your service.

I mean it's hard to rate a fast good place that has you eat in your car and no place to sit inside. I like their food and prices and have big drink sizes as well but an average meal costs roughly 11-20$ depending on medium to large combos and at that point I might as well get something else but I do not want to demerit it since I might go there every now and there regardless. I went up there for the eclipse glasses. They told me that they had plenty of the glasses in stock but they were sold out of the Blackout Slushes. So I offered to buy something more expensive but they still wouldn't even sell me the glasses. That's so freaking stupid, they are useless after today so they're gonna have all these free glasses stocked up because some idiot refused to offer them with other menu items. I'll never go back to...
