My real estate agent, Alexander Gutierrez, did a phenomenal job finding a home for me in Mesquite. He has an ability to understand exactly what type of home someone wants. He negotiated a great price and made sure everything the inspector found was addressed. Even after closing, he was there to make sure some items were fixed that had been overseen. I never would have expected an agent to be there for me even after the deal was done. I wasn't able to physically view homes before my purchase. But, Alexander did wonderful FaceTime walk throughs and pointed out every small detail he could find that might be an issue. He was always quick to respond to any questions or issues that arose during my home search. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase and am enjoying my new home now thanks to Alexander. I can not rave enough about Alexander Gutierrez. 5 stars isn't even a high enough rating. I had the fortunate luck (blessed) of connecting with him through Zillow. From the first moment we connected, I was impressed with his extremely high customer service standards. I was looking for a home remotely - he did video tours with me on more than 5 homes. He truly worked for me, looking out for my best interests every step of the way. I felt that Alex went way above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He is very knowledgeable, honest & has integrity, communicates above expectations and makes you feel not only comfortable, but that you are his best customer (and my purchase was below $250k) I would definitely say he works much harder than most realtors.
