Often these days it seems easier for people to take time to give feedback when an experience does not go as anticipated often with the feedback being a complaint.
I had to make sure that time was taken to give a major shout out to Alytza for demonstrating what Amazing Customer Service is all about.
I was greeted immediately by Alytza upon entering the store and she immediately checked me in and advised someone would take care of me shortly.
Within 2 minutes Alytza was back with me to ask what she could do to help me. I explained my situation and our needs and she immediately advised of what I should have confirmed with my current (now previous) service provider prior to any changes in service to ensure a smooth transition.
After all items Alytza provided were verified I returned to the store and again immediately acknowledged by her and the rest of the team at the location.
Alytza understood my time crunch and wanted me to be taken care of as quickly as possible while being thorough and providing all details necessary. We began the transfer process and without going into detail of the games, lies and misinformation provided by my previous provider ATT⌠after spending 2 hours on the store landline I left the TMobike store happy, relieved and confident in my decision to discontinue over 20 years of service with ATT.
That being said this review isnât about ATT, this review is about Alytza. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, quick on the keys, helpful and professional, she was providing hands down amazing customer service. From the moment I walked into the store to my leaving I felt like more than another customer. She answered all of my questions with authority, no hesitation and nothing but confidence which in turn gave me confidence in now working with TMobile.
Despite her name badge reflecting that she has been with TMobile since 2024-based on her skill and expertise you would think she was the store manager with many years under her belt. While she was assisting me she also assisted at least 4 other customers - mind you still keeping connection with me and checking in with me while I was on the 2 different- 30 min holds with ATT for managers and tech support due to their âsystem errorâ.
Alytza apologized for the inconvenience despite there being no inconvenience because of TMobile, she walked me through settings on my phone to explain to the ATT reps that I had to go through hoops to get any information from so that I could explain to them what the problem was since they pretended not to know.
After wasting almost 2 hrs on the phone to end the call with no resolve and no service due to ATT wrongfully leaving a Carrier Lock on my device and claiming there was nothing they could do due to the âsystem errorâ Alytza provided me with a plan B.
Alytza again apologized knowing we planned on transfer of service only but offered me the most comparable phone and low monthly payments, which again wasnât what we wanted but we walked in with service and ATT blocked the service with the unwarranted Carrier Lock resulting in the need to obtain service.
That being said, I came into the store ready for change. All of the ATT games and inescusable nonsense only put TMobile on a higher level.
The customer service, compassion, communication, knowledge, basically being treated sadly the way customers should be treated has prompted a huge shout out to ALYTZA đ
The level of service provided puts other companies⌠lots of companies to shame. Alytza covered everything including discounts, Tuesday deals, bill pay, perks with downloading the app, you name it she covered it!
