My wife went in and ordered her usual drink and paid with the Starbucks app as usual. After an extended wait they handed my wife her drink which looked nothing like the drink she always gets. When she brought it to the workers attention they were very rude about it and asked again what she ordered. My wife repeated the order again. After 15 minutes she just asked for a refund because she did not have her drink yet. The blonde manager came over and tried to say she had no way of refunding the order to us. After waiting another 10 mins we finally got our drink from the rude, no personality barista. I asked her no apology, no sorry, no nothing for the horrible service? Then the so called blonde manager came back over and said she was going to apologize. She tried to make excuse after excuse for their horrible service. I canât believe Starbucks would allow any of these employees to wear the uniform, especially the so called manager that laughed it off as a joke! Read the most recent reviews of this place and youâll see you need a new manager at this location! They are an embarrassment...
   Read moreI want to start by apologizing...I didnât realize this location closed early at 6. When I walked in, there was no one at the front, and all of the employees were in the back giggling. When they finally came out, the girl with long blonde hair gave me a really rude attitude. The rest of the young ladys seemed annoyed as well, which made me and my husband feel very unwelcomed.
They were also out of many items, and Iâm not sure if it was because they were closing soon or if this is common here. Either way, the customer service was extremely disappointing. If possible, Iâd like to get the contact information of the store manager to report the behavior of the blonde barista.
On the side note, my drink was pretty decent and the interior was nice to look at. I just wonât be stopping by again. Thank goodness this was only a one-time stop on our way back home. DONT...
   Read moreThe long hair blonde girl that was in the drive thru at 5:56pm on September 1st, 2025; gave me the worst attitude. I said that my drink had too much ice after I told them very very light ice and she said âwhatâ with a nasty look on her face and slammed my drink down next to her. Another girl gave me back my drink. I didnât appreciate the attitude that came from the first one.
