Had an issue with a laptop that had been in another shop waiting for repairs. Decided to retrieve it and take it ICON Computers for a second opinion. I called and spoke with the owner over the phone. He was VERY helpful so I decided to take it in. He did a quick diagnostic and told me to check back in a few hours. I went back around 4 pm and the laptop was repaired and running LIKE NEW !!! He has the best costumer service, knowledge, patience super helpful, and best of all very affordable!
