I don’t usually do this but this was a waste of my time and a delay of getting something so simple. I called this place last week and asked for a bed emails sent and I sent over all the documentation that was asked. I called back to make sure everything was good they asked for payment gave them my card number and was told I will get your file ready and we will have you ready for delivery tomorrow. Tomorrow came waited and I decided to call them, to find out my card declined twice and they couldn’t process. Very unsure why no one reached out to me to inform me . At that time realized my card was locked and I went online did the security measures and got it unlocked and payment went through without any issues over the phone. I was told again good to go will call you back to set up your 4 digit pin and delivery will be tomorrow. Close to closing and no calls, so I decided to call back again and was informed oh no you need to come in and sign your forms. Upset at this time because I was not told anything and I work two jobs so my schedule is hectic.I decided to cancel my order and was told only the mgr can do that he will call you right back to get this done. Office closed at 7 and still no call. Waited until 2pm Saturday no calls. Begged my supervisor so I could leave and go there before my next shift. To find out oh you said you want to cancel but we are unsure if they did cancel it. Now I am even more upset because no one is communicating telling me anything or updating me. I signed the forms and left. Now here we are Monday no calls or anything called them again to be told I have to come back in and speak with mgr since my card declined twice on the original date ( not due to insufficient funds but due to it getting locked) I don’t understand why I didn’t get called why I need to come back in.. that should have been explained before they accepted my payment so I could have made that decision to continue at that time and not wasting two trips to speak with a manager about declined payments for my card being locked. Felt very discriminated against . Furniture wise it does appear they carry good products just communication is very lacking well in my case it was. I don’t know if they thought they were experiencing fraud or a scheme but it was very disappointing to be treated like that just to find a bed for my new home. The person that I spoke to got irritated hung up and called my references. They didn’t call my references AT ALL during the approval process only when they got mad. They called my references and asked them personal information about me that my references wouldn’t know! The next day 8/17 I called to confirm the delivery and they then told me they denied me because my references didn’t know my NEW ADDRESS or my work information!!
