VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL!!!
Iām a stickler for reviews, but I have to take off my āREVIEW HATā on this one..... Iāve used this company on a couple of occasions. Always responds to my contact in a fast and reasonable manner. But if he didnāt, heās human. Nobodyās perfect ya know. But as for the service, heās been nothing but an angel. I called him frantically one day out the blue, after my 75 inch curved TV had the āRED LIGHT OF DEATHā. (Right in the middle of Covid-19). While practicing āSocial-distancingā, Mr. Mario came in and retrieved my TV and had me back up and running before I even had a chance to miss it! Yes, I said retrieved. He will come to YOU and pick up the product himself if youāre not able to take it to him! (For no charge, if you decide you want him to fix it). Thatās a level of service that a lot of these other companies donāt offer, ya know. All I can can is thanks once again for a great service and experience...

I brought my tv in on a Wednesday, they called me back on Thursday and told me it was the power board and should be fixed by the next day (Friday). I gave them an extra day and followed up with a phone call and picked up my tv on Saturday, just in time for the Super Bowl.
I am glad I found this place. I'm glad I read the reviews and agree with them 100%. Fast service, quality work and great customer service. Save me from buying a new tv. If the Power Board goes out again, I will not buy another Samsung tv. There are reviews online about Samsung tvs having...

And every time I called, it's always the same thing that he keeps testing it but isn't sure what's wrong with it, but that he will call me back the next day and never does. I have given him the benefit of the doubt and shrugged it off as him been busy with other things. Or other tvs. I do understand that life happens so i try to be understanding. I went with him because of the amazing reviews. Let this be a warning ā ļø and to be cautious, amazing reviews don't always mean good service. I'll update this when I have another update. But as of today. 9/6/23 I haven't had any communication with him I called him and he told me the same thing as the other times he needs...
