Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Louisiana

The older man that works the grill has the most disgusting energy and attitude. Horrible customer service. I’ve ordered from here a few times and every time iv gone their was a problem with my food. Today was the day i decided I’ll never go back. I have worked in the mall for 8 years as well so being treated like this makes me feel horrible! I told the lady at the register to make sure there were onions, peppers, & mushrooms on my chicken philly sandwich. When the sandwich was given to me it had ONE pepper yes ONE. I should have taken a picture and 0 onions 0 mushrooms. I asked nicely for him to add it and his attitude towards me was disgusting (this is his 2nd time making the same mistake on my sandwich) he than begins to mush up the chicken in my sandwich trying to show me that it’s cooked inside when I can clearly see there is nothing inside or on it besides the one pepper. He started talking to me in a very mean way & I than asked for my money back. He still continued to talk mess by the grill. To be honest, I don’t really like to eat at food courts inside any malls, but my mom and I were already at Lakeside Mall so we decided to try Charley’s Cheesesteaks. The service was decent, but fast. We ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak ($11.99), a 20 piece Boneless Wings & Fries combo ($16.99), and a large Coke ($3.29). The cheesesteak was a little salty, but not bad. Just tasted average. For the boneless wings, we chose 2 flavors: Lemon Pepper & Cajun Rub. The lemon pepper one was actually pretty well seasoned, but the Cajun rub could’ve had more flavoring to it. I won’t critique this place too hard since I don’t expect much from a food court option, but everything was decent overall. If I could rate 0 stars I would but the so called owner of this restaurant was real rude and disrespectful towards me after reading my online order wrong and hollering in my face about an item I order literally damn near everyday!!!STARTED IGNORING ME AND TALKING TO AN ASIAN PAIR OF WOMEN WHEN I TOLD HIM I DONT EAT BACON I ORDER THIS EVERYDAY AND HE READ MY ORDER WRONG.
