Buying an engagement ring is a daunting task, and I went into it with very little idea of what to expect. I feel so lucky to have found my way to Rothschild Diamonds. I worked with Sarah, who could not have been a better Sherpa to guide me through the process. I was immediately impressed with her vast knowledge and, even more than that, her ability to share that knowledge without talking over my head or speaking down to me. She made me feel comfortable in the choices I was making while offering the input that I need to be smart about those choices. In the end, she took my (rather scattered) ideas and notions, and she designed a gorgeous custom ring that perfectly suits my fiancée in every way. She delivered on a fairly tight timeline around the holidays (keeping me posted as to the progress every step of the way), and she did it all at a price that felt entirely fair (generous, even). I never once felt like Sarah was trying to sell me anything but what I wanted, and her questions, feedback, and suggestions helped me zero in on just what that was.

The best part of the experience was dealing with Tiffany and her family who have been in the diamond industry for Generations, so their knowledge is second to none. Tiffany took her time and explained carats and clarity. I looked at SEVERAL diamonds and with Tiffany’s help, created an amazing ring.
