My wife and I had an exceptional experience with Edberg Jewelry. Earlier this year, we unexpectedly and unfortunately found ourselves having to replace her diamond engagement ring. We stumbled across Edberg Jewelry by chance and Jason carved out the better part of that afternoon to sit with the two of us and go through a detailed, in-depth discussion of our replacement options, the various stone and setting decisions we would need to make, and upgrades and concessions we should think through at various price points. It was an altogether different experience than shopping at a traditional retail jeweler -- this was much more about sitting down and crafting a product that was tailored to my wife's preferences with expert guidance than it was about taking us through a display case and selling an option on offer. And Jason took the time and effort to do this before we had really even determined how to pay for the replacement -- this was really an act of kindness at this point, which really touched my wife and I.

A few weeks later, we were ready to move forward on designing and purchasing a ring. Jason brought us back in for a showing based on a list of preferences he'd discussed with my wife, again offering his expertise to select the best options. He spent about two hours taking us through stone options. That was a process that could easily become overwhelming, and he did an excellent job breaking the showing up in a way that was designed to get to the selection she really loved. After choosing a stone, he worked with my wife to design a setting, generated a computer mock-up so we could see the final product and make any necessary adjustments, and had the completed ring ready for pick-up in just a few days. The ring is absolutely beautiful -- far more than we thought we would find when we started looking, and tailored much more precisely to my wife's tastes than anything we could have found from a standard retail display.

From start to finish, this was just wonderful. We really appreciated the amount of time and personal care we received at Edberg Jewelry. Jason was extremely insightful and we are thrilled with the result, and I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Ms. Bonnie, who has been an absolute joy every time we've stepped...

If your looking for reliable, honest and trustworthy stop looking because you’ve found it. Hands down the best experience i have ever had when selling jewelry or anything really. I brought a watch in that i got screwed on and Jason told me everything about it didnt look real but gave me $100 for the value of the gold on it. Then the next week calls me back to tell me it turns out it was a “frankenwatch” and that some parts about it were real rolex parts and he couldnt sleep at night knowing he made more off of one part than he thought he would and wanted me to come back in to give me a couple hundred more dollars! Name another place that does that. Calls you back when u leave satisfied to give you more money because they have a conscious. He also gave me (for free) a 14k gold necklace for my 3 month old daughter we talked about. Jason truly is the best in the business and if your looking to sell or buy jewelry and go anywhere else your wasting time and money....

Jason came highly recommended from a friend who got a tennis bracelet for his wife. This was hands down one of my best experiences when shopping for jewelry!
