Worst customer service ever ans want to charge you for any help or information if you didn't buy from them...regardless if your a Verizon customer. I was having trouble activating a Verizon prepaid phone ...I just needed a couple questions answered....they said they would be happy to help me for the very low price of $80...I took it to Paducah Verizon Store (where I also did not buy the phone) but it was a Verizon phone and Verizon service..mthey answered all my questions and even set the whole phone up for me ....guess what FREE of charge...I'd never recommend this Verizon store in Metropolis to anyone...rwiw the extra 10 minutes and go right across the bridge...trust me ...you'll be...

Not much wait time to start and once started the man stayed with us through it all and explained all of our options in a way that we all could understand. I am old and not up with all of this new technology so it's important to get help from someone pleasant knowledgeable and willing to work with old people in a way they can deal with. It was near the end of the day and Damon Harris and Jameeka McDaniel, who had never met us, spent over an hour of their time to help us work through our issues.
