SuperBowl Metropolis — Local services in Metropolis

I took a couple individuals from my group home to this establishment and I was not impressed overall.

We arrived and were told there is no wheelchair access to the bowling area, so first thing the employee that assisted was very nice and assisted us to the back of the building so we could even bowl. We understand not all buildings can be updated quickly, but thats an issue in itself.

Then we asked if they could put up the Bumper Bars for us because our individuals are also elderly and need accommodations. The first employee said it shouldn't be a problem, but the second employee said they aren't allowed to for anyone over 12 for any reason.

We have never been told by any other bowling alley they couldn't put up the bumpers for our individuals. And we called ahead so didn't think it would be an issue.

It's disheartening to think this establishment first isn't fully accessible, but second can't even accommodate for individuals with intellectual/physical disabilities so they can have fun too. Everyone deserves to have access and have fun.

We won't be back to this establishment, and we will be sure the group homes, and individuals with special needs, know they won't have...

Great Experience! First time ever coming here though I've lived in the area for almost 10 years. The inside is nice and clean! Honestly I was not expecting this place to be as good as it was. The workers had great attitudes. We had to ask a few times for help since the kids balls didn't come back out, but the workers were quick to help and solve the issue. Front desk employee was able to answer any and all questions I had whether it was about bowling or the arcade area. Speaking of arcade area. There is a bunch of games to choose from. There was an issue with the virtual rollar coaster game that my daughter wanted to play, but luckily for us someone else beat us too it and told us that it was not working to its full potential so we passed and did the Jurrasic Park game. Also, I love that they have the Kids Bowl Free for the Summer. Makes for a fun and cheap activity, just pay for shoe rental. Will...

ANice modern Bolwling. Only food is bad!! And staff is lazy. They are not interested. On their cell phones cell day. They just brought the beer once, nice girl. When the shift changed, a guy behind the bar with no interest for the customers. A deepfreze pizza for 11,- .....realy?? If they give more attention to that, I for sure spend more money over there. Also do more variety on things like the wings. Different flavors and raises. Now they only have hot sause.... Bit disappointed. If I was the owner..... I would be there and lay off the whole staff.... including the so called manager, because this place is not managed and cost the owner a lot...
