THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I wanted to get my massage done on Saturday and because it’s a weekend it only made sense to me to call them ahead and ask if I need an appointment or not. When I called the lady on the phone said to just walk in and there is no need for an appointment. When I get there (which was under 30mins prior to me calling her) there is a huge wait and the lady tells me that it’s going to take 1 hour. I wait an hour and then they take me in. Once they took me in I had to wait another 20-25mins on the table for someone to even come and attend me. The absolute worst! Had a mediocre massage for an hour and left a $10 tip ($60 massage). It was a high tip for a massage I did not enjoy. I said a $10 tip and the lady asked for more tip, after I firmly said no, I feel comfortable giving $10. She went ahead and added additional tip WITHOUT my consent. I mentioned this is not right and tip is optional in NJ after i saw the receipt, and I gave a tip that was right for my massage which had numerous breaks. WOW. I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the other reviews but I am incredibly impressed. The place is very clean and quiet, the staff is very friendly and the the masseuse was out of this world. I’ve had many expensive massages before but I have to say that this may have been one of the absolute - if not, the - best and most thorough massage I’ve ever had.
