Just don’t do it ! I’m a resident and although the amenities are nice and the allure of the location and promise of “ luxury “ it’s really all smoke and mirrors . We pay almost 3,000 a month in rent and the way we are treated by the management you would think we live here for free and we are bothering them . It’s like they are robots that have a fake smile planted on and when you ask them a simple question they have no idea and have to ask the “ manager “ . I put manager in quotes because I have yet to meet or have any response back from this elusive person who is never available . They are shady and deceptive when it comes to the concessions and in all honesty i think they actually try to somehow stall rent payments so you are found late and then try to force you to pay the hefty $250 late fee due to their negligence and the unprofessional racket they have going on . We made our first payment online and it was taken out on time no problem , 21 days later the money was returned and cited insufficient funds from my bank account . Therefore now tacking a late fee of $250 when there was no chance at all my account was insufficient . My account is very sufficient and never insufficient . While trying to straighten it out and getting nowhere with “ management “ ( stoped in daily, wrote emails and voicemails ) now the next rent is due and we are locked out of the online payments due to my mythical insufficient funds so we have to now get a cashiers check . Since the first month isn’t resolved and now I can’t pay online or speak to anyone the second month is now late AGAIN and not my fault . I’m down there on time with check in hand , no one can help me butvthe “ manager “ and another $250 late fee . Finally after damn near forcing this “ assistant manager “ who has only been with the company 10 days to sit down with me I finally settled my rent but they are threatening to evict me if I don’t pay the late fees . Criminal ! They force you to pay $35 a month for internet even tho the cable company makes you pay $35 as well so your getting scammed double time . I would love to file a class action law suit against them because it’s mafia style , ski mask Corruption ....

Read moreTo reiterate what many other tenants and former tenants have said - from the outside, the building looks beautiful. But newness doesn't get you very far when there are so many problems with the building itself, how it is maintained, and the staff (or lack thereof). Firstly, keep in mind that everything was installed poorly (in one year, EVERY kitchen and bathroom cabinet rubs together, has wiggly hinges, or doesn't close properly) - so even that pretty kitchen and bathroom looses it's luster. Maintenance intermittently tries to keep the grounds clean, but the hallways are always filthy - the carpeting is stained, there's dirt and dust, and the paint in the halls has noticeable chips and patches. Turnaround in the main office is a joke - who knows who current managers or leasing agents are - not that they will help should anything be wrong. Ultimately, when you're paying $2,350 to over $3,000 a month (not including gas or water - not to mention having to pay for non-guaranteed parking, a dysfunctional package room service, annual amenities fees, internet & cable...) for a suburban apartment, you expect MUCH better quality of service. And did you hear about the millipede infestation this summer - that wasn't corrected for 4 months? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere - my boyfriend and I hope to be able to move as soon as our...
