Brought me damaged furniture and knew before it left the store that it was damaged. Guess they hoped I wouldn't look it all over. Then to top it off, sold me a bed and mysteriously the box spring was left off of the paperwork and now I've been sitting here since 1:30 waiting on a box spring so i can go to bed. Their management did nothing except blame their employees for the problem. A real manager accepts responsibility and corrects the problem, instead General Manager Hector wanted to make excuses and blame his employees. No respect for that type of management.
