Service Department is the most mickey mouse run service department I have ever had to deal with! Took my truck in for a simple windshield wiper fluid sprayer issue not working. They stated they had to order parts so waited couple weeks and they sent me email the parts were in. I called and Scheduled service and took truck in. After 2 hours waiting the lobby area, the service manager informed me they only had ONE of the sprayers in stock and they would have to order another???? I asked why did they state they ordered the part first time and it was in? Of course no one could answer that but to point fingers. Anyhows, the mechanic told me there was a BUG that was clogging the sprayer and thats why it didnt work. He stated he took the left one (good one) and put it in the right side (bad one) and put the NEW sprayer they supposedly had in stock "his words" and put on the left side. I asked him, "I thought yall ordered the new sprayers and he told me NO they had only one in stock?" Now I was confused because this entire time I thought they said they ORDERED the aprts because it WAS NOT in stock??? Anyhows I left and withing the next few days the same issue again, the RIGHT side (original side that wasnt working and they replaced) is not working again! I called on Monday Feb 12, 2024 to inform them of this situation. The Lady (rude as hell) maybe she shoould retire or go back to working Mcdonalds, put me on hold and then told me they have the sprayers in stock and we scheduled for today Tuesday Feb 13, 2024 for 8:30 am to bring in. I got to shop at 8:20 amd and right as I walked in, the same rude lady already had her hand out asking for keys! I asked her do you know how long it'll take this time ebing its the same issue and she replied "about hour" . I went to go sit in the waiting area from 8:25 and at 10:45 am the service manager comes out and says "well Mr Schultz we got a problem!" I asked what now and he said "well we dont have the sprayer in stock so we have to order from another dealership!" I was LIVID being I sat in the damn waiting area for over 2 hours and why wasnt I informed this prior once again?!!!!!! But as usual the same damn attitude was "well you still want us to order and schedule another day like it was nothing to them!!!!!! I asked him why was I told by the damn lady that the sprayer peice was in stock and to come in and all he could say was "not sure but we looked everywhere and we dont have" and once again with the same attitude "so do you want to schedule to come back like nothing was wrong! I have told this service department I live over hour and a half away and this is why I asked to MAKE sure the part was in when I spoke with that lady the previous day!!!! I recommend not ever using this place again for any type of service on your vehicle! At least have the management have them communicate better and STOP lying to customers! I will never recommend and promise you I will let everyone know the service I received. April 29, 2025 I put in for a request on a vehicle and surprisingly got approved for 2019 Nissan armada that just came in on Saturday as a trade in. It never went through service before they tried to get me approved for this vehicle. I was contacted by Jesse Shoemen on the vehicle and was told the bank was giving me a limited time on this deal because of my credit score. They wanted me to put my 500 down before I even got to drive the car because of the time limit. I drove over two hours to come look at this car. The car had minor problems on it that needed to be fixed so they said they were going to run it through 172 test before giving it to my family! It was a week before I heard anything from them and they said the vehicle was ready to be driven. Well when they were on there way to bring it to us the check engine light came on and they said they couldn’t give it to us until service checked it over again. Then I got a call and a test from Trey the sales manager informing me that the vehicle in fact did not pass inspection and they needed the rental back from us and they would give me my 500 and trade in back. So this goes back to Jesse because I asked him in front of another sales person and my mom in law that if the vehicle did not pass inspection if they would put us in something else since they already took our money. Well here I have Trey telling me that they don’t have anything they can put my husband in that we needed to drive two hours back to them to return the car and receive the 500 back! In my professional opinion as a sales men they rushed this deal before they knew what was wrong with the vehicle and they did not care that they messed up on their end to even try to find something to put my husband in since they screwed us! I get there today at 11:45am and was dismissed for almost an hour before they even realized that I was there to give me my money back!
When you and your family are looking for a vehicle I would think twice about using this place they are not professionals at all and they are only looking for their next sale not what’s good for you and your family! I only left one star because I had to leave something and nothing...

I bought my car about a year ago and I would say I had a decent experience since I bought the car. Back in July, we got a letter in the mail that they wanted my husband’s truck, would have a payment of xyz, and would pay off the truck.. Whatever. Anyways, drove from Waxahachie (2hr drive, there & back) to get told we approved you for a new truck but can’t take your truck for a trade in. The salesman really asked if we would take a new truck but also keep our current truck at the time & see if we had a relative that would be reliable to keep up with the payments…. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! We left and the next day went to a local dealership in town & they paid his truck off completely and we purchased a 24 Silverado.
Well fast fwd to last week we got a call and they wanted to wheel & deal for my car. I was ok, wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt & another try… So we talked over the phone, didn’t discuss much numbers but was told to come onsite. We get there, make our deal & boom.. We were ready to leave…. ONLY TO BE DISAPPOINTED. As we were moving our personal items from our trade in the to the new vehicle, the salesman comes out to tell us that numbers were placed wrong and were for another vehicle.. A truck for that matter, I drive an SUV!! How embarrassing for not only the company but for us as parents with our children!! We had to move our stuff back over & leave upset. We got a call the next day and they wanted to work it out and honor as much as they could but increased our payment almost $80.
Let me also mention that this deal was taken from the previous salesman that initiated the call the to my husband last week on his own.. And I think it’s also unprofessional when you are talking money with someone & they say “come on, what’s $60 more dollars?!” IT CAN BE ALOT FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS A SET REQUEST AND WAS INITIALLY APPROVED FOR WHAT THEY WANTED.
