I've happily done business at Andy's for many years, well that ended when I went in to get a disposable vape pen, opened it in front of the employee and immediately showed her that it was leaking the juice from the pen. She acknowledged and agreed it was leaking, so I asked for a different one or a refund. She said the manager has said no returns on them, so she needed to call her first. The manager refused to let her exchange or refund it, even though we both told her that I never stepped outside of the store with it or put it to my mouth.
