Not having worn "Western" boots in a number of years, I just really didn't know how to select a pair? After trying at a number of other stores and having great frustration, I pulled into Rusty's. A salesperson approached me and I thought "oh great, here comes another one who just wants to sell me something"! To my surprise, he took the time to really look at my needs and my fit. As well, teach me everything about boots. We must have tried on twenty pair, until we found not only a good fit, but a GREAT fit! I later found out that this humble servant attituded man was none other than Rusty himself. This level of great service is something that is seldomly found today in business. Got a hat and a wallet here. They have low to high quality products and they are honest about what is best for your situation. I got a work hat here and they pushed me away from the hats I was looking at to a hat I'm honestly more happy to have working outside in the heat. The fact that this a family owned business and local of course means a lot to my wife and me. When we were in last we were in need of clothing for a funeral. We were waited on as if noone else were in the building. When checking out i was asked if i was a veteran and because i am, I received a 10% discount on total.
