My friends and I rented 3 jet skis for an hour ride. Once we arrive to the bay, one of our jet skis was going half for the other jet skis speed. The instructor told us the jet ski was rebuilt because it was in an accident, that’s why it’s not going fast. He switch jet skis but the newly acquired one started giving some error codes and the brake/reverse was not working at all. The instructor had to re-exchange the jet skis and my friend was stuck with a jet ski going half the speed than the others. Because of all those problems, we only got 30 minutes of free driving. My other friend got his leg slapped by a metal hook that was not attached properly from his jet ski while he was driving it. Mine had a ripped rubber piece dangling in the water that could of got into the turbine but my instructor told me not to worry about it. Once the ride was finished, we asked the guy that brought us to the bay for a partial refund for The jet ski going only half the speed. He told us that it was tuned down for insurance but it was a complet lie since all the others were going twice it’s speed. The metal hook accident. He told us he can do an insurance claim, but we got no time to deal with insurance companies during our vacation. The reduced time of free driving due to all those mechanical problems in the beginning, we drove for max 30 min. He told us we drove for an hour and was completely closed on our explanations about the mechanical problems in the beginning. We paid 480$ and he only decided to refund 60$. We asked for a 100$ refund, which was very understandable for all those problems imo but he wouldn’t admit his failure to deliver the promised service. We dislike our experience with that company and we do NOT recommend them to anyone. Their boss was masked with a balaclava the whole time and would not remove it to talk to us at the end. Pretty sure he didn’t want to reveal his identity. Overall, sketchy, poor and bad service.

We got referred by a third party company but the service and the jet skis were from yours, that’s why the price is different. We arrived at the marina only to get told to get on board with another company (Elite Rentals). The guy on the boar had a complete suit with full face coverage which wasn’t very greetable. He was nice with us, but didn’t say his name, made us sign wavers and started the boat to get us to the jetskis. It was a platform with 6 jetskies. We had reserved 3 for 1 hour. The jetskies were mostly broken down (scratches all over the place, dangling cords, rubber bands ripped off, missing mirors, jetskies going half the intended speed, reconstructed jetskies, etc.) One employee to guided us to the location where we were supposed to ride. It took a good 20 min to get there, which we didn’t know was being timed on our 1 hour rental. We arrived at the spot which was about 100m^2 of calm water, rode for less than 20 minutes. Thats when the real problems started. One of our jetskies didn’t go past 20mph compared to the others 35mph. When asked about it, the employee told us that it was reconstructed and maybe slowed down, he proposed to exchange jetskies, which we did twice, because one of them had no brakes and kept beeping error messages on the dashboard. After that 20min, the guide told us to follow him back to the boat. When confronted about the lack of free time on water and problems encountered, which diminished greatly our overall experience, we asked for a refund for 100$ for all our problems. The guy had no interest in compensating anything and didn’t believe our story. He ended up refunding us only 60$ after arguying for 10 minutes. Overall experience was mediocre. The quality of the jetskies, the problems encountered, the employee confrontations and lack of FREE TIME ON JETSKIES was absurd. Not worth the 160$ per person per hour (which was 20min for us). When you charge someone for an hour of time, you shouldn’t count transportation time to the site. Reply to owner’s comment: Quit trying to mislead people. Worst Jest Ski Company. I Booked my reservation in advanced for my husbands birthday. The night before my reservation i get a text message at 10 PM from the company asking if i am aware of the EXTRA FEES for the Jets skis? and how many jet skis do i need? That right there was a huge sign that this company should not be TRUSTED. Clearly IN MY RESERVATION i booked 2 jets and PAID for 2, so WHY GET A TEXT MESSAGE AT 10 PM?? Also this person was NOT FRIENDLY at all in text message there was no introduction to who this person was or name nothing and each question ended in ??! It all Just seemed very errupt. I tried calling this number that was texting me at 10 pm right away but there was NO ANSWER. So in the morning i googled the name of the company and called, this MAN ANSWERED the phone with a HELLO very unprofessional, also a CHILD was SCREAMING in the background. I asked is this the company MAMI ELITE JETSKI ? all he said was YEAHH, i said okayy…i just wanted to check on my reservation for today, all this person said was OK. So i began to get more concerned.
