This store is wonderful. Everything is $5 or less. I visited there with my kids today, and the wife. First let me start by saying, amazing amazing amazing, customer service, and staff. We needed to locate an iPhone charger cable. They took us directly to the, area, we needed to go to. They had a large selection. They have three foot cables five foot cables and 10 ft cables all at $5. Or less. Amazing. This 10 foot cable, would have cost me $22, anywhere else. My daughter, picked up three sweatpants, cotton material. $5 each. We bought a bunch of, toys, to use as Christmas presents. Especially one type. A remote control helicopter. $5. We can't believe it. My kids are in the backyard flying it, right now, as I write this review. Basically today I saved about, $200, in toys, for Christmas presents, that I would have bought, at another location store.. Once again amazing. I am so shocked. This is a great company. I take my hat off, to the CEOs, and the owners, of this company. Job well done. You are a wonderful, addition, to the city of North Miami. These are the type of businesses, that we'd love to see, come to our city. There were two Latin staff members, that really stood out. That helped us extremely. They treated us with a generous smile. And we're very polite to my children. And myself. I believe one of them is Puerto Rican. Did not catch her name. But like my daughter stated, after we left, dad next time we go back to the store. Let's find the nice lady, that helped us. The cashiers were excellent, friendly, courteous, kind, etc etc. This store is located, on the Eastside of Biscayne Boulevard, if you are traveling north, bound towards 123rd Street Causeway Boulevard. If you are heading Southbound on Biscayne Boulevard you will find it on your left, keep your eyes open for the Burger King. It is located, in the hundred and 23rd Street Plaza Shopping Center. You will see a Walgreens, a TJ Maxx, and a Ross. If you spot any one of these, location stores. You are in the right place. Anyway back to Five and Below. I really really don't know how they do it. But you can find just about anything there. My daughter picked up a pair of socks as well. Cotton 100%. for $5. What a deal. Bathroom was very clean. Disability access available. For both entrance, two location store. And two restrooms. Disability parking at all ends of parking lot. And in between. Lots and lots of police activity. This shopping center, is always protected very well, by the . Local, North Miami city police department. Not because it's in a bad neighborhood. But because they care about the safety, of the customers, at this Shopping Plaza. Which my family really appreciates. Job well done North Miami Police Department. Keep up the great work. If you are heading Westbound from Miami Beach on 123rd Street causewave it will be on your left. Right before approaching, Biscayne Boulevard. And of course if you are heading eastbound on 123rd Street. It will be on your right. Please be cautious. Biscayne Boulevard, is a fast pace moving Boulevard. As well as 123rd Street Causeway. Remind yourselves, to lock all doors and windows. And to keep valuables not visible, to the naked eye. Keep small children close. In parking lot. Cars move also in a fast and quick pace. I hope I was helpful. And I hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving Day. Remain Vigilant, during the holiday seasons. I hope this message finds you all well. Happy holidays, to all, that are reading my review. Please give me a thumbs up if you like this review. For now this is David Lawrence...
Read moreHorrible customer service and clueless management. I went in with an online purchase to return with my order number and confirmation email. Online it clearly says that this is the policy they honor but the sales person had no idea how to initiate such a return, the manager was MIA and the assistant manager said that they do not do online returns, and did not know how I could get in touch with corporate for assistance. She literally had to Google the phone number to figure out how to get in touch with them. I’m shocked that they can run a business. An hour drive to get to the store and another hour trying to call management (no response) and sending emails. No resolution. I will never shop at a Five...
Read moreI was just in this store earlier today around 4pm. It's unfortunate because I really loved shopping here. I sometimes take way too long going back and forth because I'm in love with everything. But I'm a 25 year old man with tattoos all over my body. Someone claimed that I looked, "suspicious," and I was very uncomfortable and caught off guard by a officer approaching me. I don't know why at all someone would have thought my actions were suspicious, other than my appearance. In my mind, maybe because I am a younger male covered in tattoos, I'm stereotyped as someone who was stealing. I wont be shopping at this...
