I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Old Navy, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. After being approved for an Old Navy credit card, I made a purchase of about $295. Unfortunately, the order was delivered to the wrong address, and I never received my merchandise — yet I’m still being billed for it.
I’ve spent hours on the phone being transferred between departments, trying to find someone who can truly help. My first claim was denied, and I’m currently waiting on a second one to be reviewed. This situation has been ongoing since September, and I’m genuinely concerned about how it may affect my credit.

I was doing a refund/with receipt on 11/11/24.for one item I had purchased. and the gentleman cashier was apparently new and not adept as to the refund policie(s). Anyhoo thank God for Super Customer Service /cashier overheard the conversation while servicing customers for their purchases. She gently explained to the new guy dot. dot. dot. I found a girl in the fitting rooms she promised to come and help me but I waited for another 15 minutes and she never showed up. There were a lot of workers coming from the break or something and they all walked by me never asked if I needed help and disapeared in the stuff room on the back.. the merchandiser was absolutely ignorant and refused to help too.
