Subway — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

Updated post: December 2021: 5 months from last post, still no outside lights but you pay rent each month on this establishment. Shame on you. It is a safety issue after the sunsets, that your clients walk in the dark. I tell you what I bet this wouldn't happen in Aventura, Pembroke Pines or Miami Shores!

July 2021: This location has been without night lights outside the front of this bay for years now! Subway, I know that you all pay rent to someone for your lease. This makes coming to buy dinner once it's dark very dangerous for your customers. Now on a positive note, this location has the best teammember! I can't recall her name but I believe she's a Manager, and she has gone to different stores to assist when needed, she had dreads....let me share with you that she offers the best quality of service. I ordered online as usual. I requested pick up and it was $47 .67. I get to the store to pick up my order and the worker states that she canceled my order because it was over $30. She proceeds to tell me that I have to reorder in the store and pay again. I asked about the money that I already spent and she says oh it will be refunded. She shows me a receipt of what I paid and says it was voided. I did not see anything on the receipt that shows a credit for the amount. If you have a policy of online orders over $30 then that should be added on your website. Mind you this is mot the first time that I have ordered online for over $30 for delivery or pickup. After i church service on last Sunday, 09-19 my friend was going to Subway to get a sub, i asked her if she wiuld mind if i ride along before she took me home and she said she'd love the company. Once there she treated me to a sub. The sub shop was very clean and was not crowded at all. The staff was very friendly and patient with us. On Tuesday, 09-21, my brother took me shopping at Walmart on 199 street and after finishing up iur grocery shopping, we were hungry so we stopped at the Subway across from Walmart.
