Winn-Dixie — Local services in Miami Gardens

Deli chicken is very greasy. My first purchase the box was soaked. I didn't have time to return it because I dont live in the area. But occasionally, I stop by when visiting this area. Second visit all my 8 piece fried chicken was missing pieces and replaced with chicken strips no bone pieces. I called and spoke to Kim the manager. She said take the chicken back to a store near me since I am not close by. I'm sure that will be a problem if they aren't getting her approval. I explained I'm not comfortable with this way. I said I will be in your area a few days. She said I must keep the chicken and bring it back in the 3 days. I expressed I will not ride around with chicken in my car. I would have sent pictures of the pieces and receipt from the night before. We did not eat it. She refused a refund unless I bring it. First of all my family's dinner was ruined because of their error. Winn Dixie did not care neither did Kim or the corporate person ever apologize. Instead was met with disdain attitude on the calls. When I phoned corporate I was told the samething. Shows me this business cares more about dollars than satisfied customers. I should not be required to go back to the store and wadte mtime further for $8. Winn Dixie I have Publix closer to my home but choose to support your business because my father retired from Winn Dixie as an engineer. I will no longer go out my way to be a loyal customer. Also this store shelves are rarely fully stocked. You all should show customer appreciation and not take us...

We moved to this neighborhood almost 3 years ago and in a short period of time we’ve seen a TOTAL MAKE OVER and lots of improvements, including the inventory and variety of products including an international selection of products, a HUGE selection of beers and wine. (We love the Monte Carlo Lager from Guatemala)

Jaime Arteta the new Manager has been very attentive to our comments and requests all the time, we also noticed a change in the staff we more friendly personnel lately.

The changes at this store are amazing, the store looks great, selection of food, groceries and other items have improved dramatically.

We love the Sea Food selection includes the Shrimp, Lobster tails, Fish Nuggets, Salmon, etc. you can just buy it and take it home or ask them to steam it for you (Cajun, spicy, butter & garlic, etc).

They have lots of sales all the time and if you have the WinnDixie card the discounts are even better, or use the App.

As many large grocery stores you can buy Lotto, food, home goods, etc.

I don't go to this Winn Dixie as much as I used to be cuz I love a little ways away but I went today and they had some great sales a lot of by one get one or by to get to so it is economical to shop hear the only thing I'm not fond of at this Winn Dixie is the produce is not always the precious the you definitely have to look through and make sure that is fresh there's no mold on the strawberries a the great that the peaches are soggy in El squishy so you have to look through to order to get something but then that the pricing is reasonable the people they are friendly and you know you can find some good deals with just make sure you look around when it comes to the produce to get the best...
