Bonanzas — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

To see someone talk about a dream, into plans, into blood, sweat, and tears, into the food truck and festivals, to an invitation to the restaurant's grand opening was legit watching a dream come true. Bonanzas did not disappoint.! We ordered a little bit of everything and Everything was DELICIOUS! From the fried conch, wings, the salmon hibachi bowl, the chicken Alfredo, the rice bowls, the Real Mccoy Chicken sandwich, and Lawddd have mercy the Mac & Cheese pleaseee...and you gotta wash it down with the lemonade. The vibes, the aesthetic, the family atmosphere and the family working as a team, building a legacy...is just a joy to see. My husband, who is a chef and very picky about his food couldn't stop talking about how good everything was. He transitioned and went home to glory last week and I regret us not being able to go back together again💔 but I will in his memory. ..**Sorry for the essay...but this place is all that and a BIG bag of chips...You're missing out, if you haven't...

Food is good but a bit pricey for the amount of food you receive. Plus they charge for each ingredient added ex. If you want green pepper and onions in the pasta which is should include that $4.00. For whipped cream on the dessert $2.50 for a squirt when a can cost $3.99 in the grocery store. Salmon pasta with peppers and onion $31.00 Lamb Chops (4) pieces lollipop size $44. at Longhorn (5) Lamb Chops with two sides $31.00. Right up the street Kays Island Grill Rasta Pasta with chicken, shrimp and good sausage peppers and onions $17.99. Salmon and colossal shrimp with gourmet mashed potatoes and broccoli and asparagus with nice sauce 17.99. Don’t price yourself out of business in Miami Gardens the hood. You try to support smack black owned businesses. I rate experiences at restaurants...

After seeing the ad online I had to check them out. I had the lamb chops and the salmon hibachi. The meat on that lamb chop was not only packed with delicious flavor but the meat was tender and juicy. I’m a seafood lover and the salmon hibachi called to me, and it did not disappoint. The salmon was delicious the flavor just melts in your mouth and the rice was the bomb. Had to lick every finger and the plate after.

On top of the food the service was so welcoming. I love the fact that this place is family owned. To see them all together moving as a unit, all with their own great unique and positive vibes. It’s an inspiration and an honor to support that type of movement. With that fye as food to match!!!
