Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

I went to this exact location with my sister February 9th 2024 @ 10:38pm she walked in the store at 10:42pm i walked in at 10:45pm after she walked out and told me i can come inside and place an order, When i walked inside i was speaking English and all the employees started speaking spanish and i told the guy at the cash register can he tell me what there saying and the guy told me they saying their closed so i asked what time do they close and he said 11pm so i said ok i have time to order, Than they kept speaking spanish and i started speaking in english than i started recording because then an employee walked from around the counter and was yelling in my sister face than i begin recording again and he snatched my risk and tried to take my phone, the police was contacted and i also have a report, these people are very rude and disrespectful all of them i do not recommend...

This Little Caesar's always has business, being in a large plaza, it should come to no surprise that it may be busy at times. They always have a large staff ready to work and take orders fairly quick. But in-store you so.stones have to wait a bit and there aren't too many seats. Luckily their mobile app lets you order your pizza from home. They have also recently added a ready to go oven that keeps your pizza warm. They alert you when your pizza is ready and all you do is show up, put a pin number they give to you on the machine and you're good to go, no...

Horrible experience. I ordered 4 pizzas to feed my family for the night. When the driver gets here, he only brings one pizza instead of 4. When I call the store to speak to a manager, Loren tells me there’s no manager or supervisor on site that can help me with my issue. I don’t know how you get an order of 4 pizzas wrong, it shows how unprofessional and how incompetent these employees are. If there’s an emergency, there’s no manager or supervisor you can speak to.
