⭐ 1-Star Review for Ice Cream Heaven – A Complete Joke!

What a HUGE waste of time! Came in on the weekend excited to try this place, only to find out they have NOTHING in stock—except for five sad tubes of ice cream! The entire menu was a lie—no lemonade, no slushes (even though it’s plastered all over their board). The employee casually mentioned they won’t restock until next weekend.. Are you kidding me? How is this even a functioning business?

To make it worse, the shop was hot as heck, barely cooler than outside, and there was a weird stale, funky smell lingering around. And the prices? $6 for a basic ice cream cone?! A mile down the road, the same thing costs less than half that. Oh, and their $10 waffle cone is basically the same size—absolute robbery.

Zero preparation, false advertising, ridiculous prices, and terrible service. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Never coming back. Worst "Ice Cream Heaven" experience imaginable.

The ONLY redeeming thing? The aesthetic pictures*m on the wall and the cute seating—too bad they don’t actually serve what’s advertised or provide a comfortable experience to enjoy...

As much as it pains me, If i could give ZERO stars I would. Icecream was freezer burned and full of ice. When the cashier was asked and told that the ice cream had lots of ice she said yes in response then disappeared in the back. I got up and stood at the register for about 5 minutes waiting with the product in hand. When presented with the problem at the register and specified that I did not like or want it becauae of the afore mentioned issue, she told me to"just throw it away right there" and carried on ignoring me and failed addressing any other concerns. No replacement was offered. No apology even. Btw, there is also a charge to use your card. No refund signs are posted (at the register) so even if you dont like something and told to throw it away...hey!!! Your LOSS!! So, I basically paid for air??? Btw...there was only 3 people in the store and the other 2 besides me were members of my family. Sometimes, businesses fail to understand that great customer service matters. First time customer and will not be returning due to such poor quality goods and horrible...

Took my 3 nephews (ages 14, 8 and 2) there last night along with a family friend to get out of the house for treat. I read the reviews and felt okay, let's try it. The kids loved the choices and the it was not crowded and it was very clean. They even sang happy birthday to a little girl who was with her family. That was cute. But the cup covering issue is still alive and well. I saw that comment when it was posted several months ago in a previous review by someone and never thought more of it, until last night. I asked for a medium cup of ice cream to go. The cover did not fit at all. I did not remember that review comment until that moment. Why is this still not fixed? Overall, this should not be a major deal, but since it was brought up months ago as a issue in a previous review , it really should have been fixed by now. This is not a good thing . But other than that, the place is great to just pop in with the kids for a treat, as long as they don't get a cup to go, because that will get messy holding it and keeping it secure until to reach your...
