purchased three pieces of art aboard Royal Caribbean. I was supposed to receive my art work in 6 weeks. It’s now been 10 weeks now and Ive only Received two pieces, I still have not received all three. I’ve called the phone number on the invoice they’ve provided, several times, no one answers it’s just a automated machine after being on hold for over an hour everytime I just hang up. I’ve also left messages for them to call me back as it states, they will call back within one business day.....it’s been three Days and no one has contacted me. I’ve also emailed the client email address they’ve provided on website and no one has contacted me. I’m so disappointed with park west and their service. No one has contacted me at all since I’ve purchased the paintings in February. I am seeking help to get my painting. My last option is to contact my credit card and distribute the charges since I did not get what I paid for. I cruise every year and I will not being attending another...

I made a purchase in good faith, chose the frame that I wanted and expected to receive that. When I did not receive the corrected merchandise, I cancelled the purchase.
The option that was given to me and I have the communication was to send me the frames, for me to find a new framer, and Park West would cover $100. How is that a solution or an option to give a customer?
The frames were so large that they could not event fit in my vehicle.
What other option was I given as a resolution? None, except put the responsibility on me.
It is the same inability to offer a decent customer solution that I’ve gotten throughout this process. At the end of the day, I have no artwork yet I have to pay.

Bought an art piece that was falsely presented with terms that apparently did not exist. Furthermore offered a 2nd screen print which they waived the delivery fee. Thankfully I received the lesser costing purchase and was immediately concerned with the price and the charges. Impossible to get a live person so disputed the charge on their CC. finally got an email and after going back and forth and threatening with filing a lawsuit. they canceled the future shipment. Never the less they lost a client that spent thousands before and now for a measly 35.00. STAY AWAY CROOKED COMPANY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHOULD Have READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE....
