I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the treatment I experienced at this particular Tropical Smoothie . The behavior exhibited by both the employee and the owner was not only unprofessional but also racially egregious and deeply upsetting.

When I went to pick up my order online order, they said that it was never received so instead of taking there time to prepare my order I stood and watched the employee frantically rush while preparing my order which made it very sloppy, which I initially overlooked. However, after arriving home I noticed the food I received was sloppily prepared a second time and did not meet even basic standards of quality.

When I attempted to express my dissatisfaction respectfully, the response was highly inappropriate. The owner not only dismissed my concerns but became upset and defensive and asked me not to return.

This reaction alone was disappointing, but the situation escalated further when I started receiving repeated phone calls from the owner after I left. This invasive and unnecessary follow-up felt retaliatory and only added to my distress.

What troubles me the most as a paying customer, I deserve the same respect, attention, and quality service as anyone else. Instead, I was made to feel unwelcome and targeted in a manner that is both unacceptable and contrary to basic customer service ethics.

I hope you take this complaint seriously and use it as an opportunity to reflect on how such behavior impacts your customers and your business’s reputation. I expect a formal apology and an assurance that corrective measures will be taken to ensure no other customer has to endure a...

Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite spots because of their wide variety of smoothies and tasty food options. Whether you’re craving something fruity or looking for a quick bite, they’ve got something for everyone.

On my last visit, I decided to try the Island Punch Smoothie – a blend of peach, guava, passionfruit, mango, and pineapple. I added strawberry to it, and I would definitely recommend this combo. It was absolutely delicious – super refreshing, sweet, and packed with tropical flavors.

For my daughter, I ordered the Strawberry Banana kids smoothie, but substituted the banana for mango, and she absolutely loved it! It’s great that they offer kid-sized options and allow for customizations.

In addition to their smoothies, they have a nice selection of breakfast and lunch options like wraps, flatbreads, sandwiches, and bowls, so you can grab a full meal if you’re feeling hungry.
