For those who don't know, Chifa is a Chinese-Peruvian fusion. I grew up on this. My parents cooked it at home, and we'd go out to chifa restaurants when we could. I love chifas. Never knew about this place until I saw it pop up on Instagram, so I invited a couple of friends, and we made our way down to Doral. If you guys read my reviews, you know what I'm about say: the food was BOMB!! my go to dish is el chi jau kay. It's a fried chicken dish (dark meat) with a savory sauce. The arroz chaufa (fried rice) was great as well. The garlic pork was my favorite though...I don't think I've had that before. We also had the wonton soup, which was fantastic; it was light, not too salty, and it was a nice balance with all the other food we ordered. I forgot what the appetizers were, but they were also really good. The shrimp/pork dim sum (I think), addicting. I do have one negative: the noodles were kinda bland. We all agreed that was our least favorite. But I did order a noodle dish to go for my parents, and they loved it, so maybe it was just us. All in all, the food was great; I totally understand why this place has a high review. I wanna give a shout out to our waitress Fab. She was kind, very happy to help, and explained the dishes well and recommended us food based on what we told her we liked.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible Chifa, and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious. We started with fried won tons with Tamarindo sauce, then we tried the chicken Tipaikay and chijaukay with beef chaufa, and every bite was packed with flavor. The dishes were perfectly cooked, and the seasoning was spot on – just the right balance of spices and savory goodness. Also, Andrea was fantastic! She was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, adding to the overall great atmosphere of the place. We really appreciated her friendly and professional service. We just wish there was a location near West Palm Beach because this type of food is hard to find up north. I hope they open more locations like this one – it’s a hidden gem that more people need to experience!

Our Mother's Day celebration at Chifa in Miami this year was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we stepped in, the aroma of authentic Peruvian-Chinese cuisine whisked us away back to Peru. The wonton soup was a comforting start, setting the stage for the main event--a delightful combo plate and the flavorful chijaukay that left us craving for more. Sipping on Inca Cola and chicha morada added to the authenticity of our experience, perfectly complementing the vibrant flavors of our meal. The cozy atmosphere made our celebration even more enjoyable, with friendly staff adding to the warm ambiance. The location is great, right near the airport making it an easy stop before or after your travels. If we could rate this place higher than 5 stars, we absolutely would. It's a must-visit spot for .anyone craving a taste of Peru in Miami!

I recently dined at Chifa Du Kang in Doral, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The fusion of Chinese and Peruvian flavors was spot on, with each dish bursting with rich, authentic taste. The portions were generous, and the food came out fresh and flavorful—definitely a must-visit spot for anyone who loves good food!

Our server, Aaron, was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, giving us great recommendations that made our meal even better. His service was top-tier, making sure we had everything we needed while keeping a great attitude the entire time.

And let’s talk about the bathroom—absolutely exceptional! Clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you’d need. It’s rare to find a restaurant that pays such great attention to detail in every aspect, but Chifa Du Kang nails it.

If you’re looking for a place with amazing food, stellar service, and even a spotless bathroom, this is the spot. Ask for Aaron when you go—you...

Terrible experience. We have visited this place 2 -3 times before the last worse experience last week, food was good the first and second time, the third one was just OK, so we decided to give them a last chance last week ( this will be the last one for sure) we ordered soup, chacho asado and chicken with vegetables, the chicken and pork were extremally bone-dry, it seems it has been in the fridge for a long time. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the waitress, he spoke to the manager and came back to us explaining that it was because the dish was made with chicken breast and they would take this feedback into account in the future, OMG ! a good restaurant can make a juicy chicken breast with minimum effort. Besides that a 15% service tax was included in our bill, so why do we have to pay for a 15% service when we dislike the food? We will not come back again and will not recommend this...
