the owner was extremely rude and needlessly aggressive towards my friend who had a very simple question for him. after searching the collection for a while and being unable to find the specific record they were looking for, my friend went to ask him if he knew where they might be able to find it. the owner responded to this by becoming extremely bitter and telling my friend that they had been rude to him for implying that they would be willing to take their business/money to another record shop. as someone who works in sales myself this was, quite frankly, an insane move. Josh (I'm pretty sure he is actually the owner) was a huge help the other day. He was happy to order the things I was looking for that weren't in stock. Also, he is extremely fair and honest. For a few of the items I wanted, he indicated I should buy them used. The quality wouldn't be any better on new. Others he suggested I purchase new and helped me understand how to know and recognize that it came from a reputable source that insures the quality.
