Remarkable gem where it's a social experience on top of a great movie. Meet your neighbors (seriously, we were surrounded by neighbors), and have Q&A/trivia after a thought provoking film. Beautiful buttered popcorn, cocktails, brews etc.
Since the renovations a few years back the seats are beyond comfortable and classy, the sound is top notch, and while the screen isn't IMAX enormous it's appropriate for the venue and there isn't a bad seat in the house. The film lineup is unique and carefully chosen so you're seeing movies that matter. Drop in on anything and you'll walk out feeling and thinking just a little bit differently. Very good stuff.

For example, following Michael Jackson's death in 2009, the theatre ran a retrospective of his videos/short films and anyone could come for free.
