very very poor customer service!!! ive been having problem with att since my first month. 1.the bill got higher every month which diferent from the promotion i sigh uo for. 2.on March 2014,technician did not show up on my first time requesting,i went to the store and got took good care of,the staff help me requesting another technician and got him in the right day. 3.i sighed up for a cash reward program,i still keep a copy of it.NEVER get any cash reward till now.even if i went to this store and had someone took great care of and he said we will get it in mail. those is a problem with ATT Company,not the staff TODAY, i took my self out to the store because i need help from profesional who used to help me before but none of them there,i ve been told that the guy who used to help me not there anymore.so i explained a bit of my situation to ATT Staff to see if they can please help me anything about it but the answer from the MAN is actually mean NO. HE kept saying that nothing he could do since i let it pass a year. i explained that but i kept follwing up and been told that would take a few months to recieve cash reward and HE said "They proberly have said that just to have you go" I was shock becase they way i used to get help way better than now. i asked if he can help me call the main customer service like the other stuff used to helped me and he said no since he know what they going to say and plus I am NOT a customer anymore. oh!!?? So if i am not using your service you will not provide me any service?? But i told him i am still using ATT service. I asked if i can use the store phone call the main customer service and HE said "YES,but dont put me on the phone,or dont tell them that your are here since i dont know anything about it"..... ....and more.... very sad thats no customer service there...poor...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful associate named Luis. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered by AT&T and was able to answer all of my questions with ease.
But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the manager, Jonathan. He took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect plan for my budget. He was patient, kind, and really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience.
Overall, I was blown away by the level of service I received from both Jonathan and Luis. They made the process of choosing a new phone and plan so easy and stress-free. Once in person the individual who "assisted" me was very rude and went even so far to say that he didn't want to argue with me when I was only trying to understand why I was told different things by two other representatives. Employees could use training so that information is uniform and emotional regulation so they do not take out frustration on customers.
Edit: Unfortunately had to go back again. I got a different representative who was like we can help. They proceed to make me provide my security info 3 times wait 30 minutes just to tell me I have to go to a different store.
