Zoi House Grove — Local services in Miami

This property is amazing!!! Along with a fantastic staff this property has so many great amenities! Metro rail is right there and just minutes from downtown Miami. Roof top pool and Jacuzzi with cabanas! This property is a perfect blend of luxury and modernization with secure and safe delivery for packages with a state of the art locker system. Drop off on property dry cleaning service, they even have a dedicated refrigerator for insta cart deliveries for perishables. They literally have thought of everything as pertains to comfort and convenience! State of art gym with all Hoist equipment, free weights and cardio equipment. Meditation garden, media rooms and they even have retail space at the bottom that I’m sure will be filled soon. I moved from California so I’ve seen some pretty nice properties out there, but place is next level. I just moved in yesterday and I’m the very first resident. So of the reviews posted I actually have on property experience! Alex Jones is the property manager and even with everything going on as they are putting the finishing touches on the building as it is brand new, is still on top of everything as busy as he is! Professional, courteous and right there if you need anything. I’m telling you come check us out if you’re in the market for a new home in South Miami! Not only is this place brand new and state of the art it is also very reasonably priced compared to the other comparable properties in the area. I also think this is worth mentioning it’s a smaller complex with only 132 units so unlike other properties I’ve seen with 300 up to 800 units in some cases. This place has more of a smaller community feel to it and I like that! The units are beautifully done with stunning water views and aside from that it’s complete with an onsite security guard and gated parking structure with assigned parking and plenty of guest parking. My original review lauded the location of the building and the management staff. While the building location has not changed, the management staff and my view of the building overall have. The building has some very concerning structural issues, which is even more alarming considering it is less than 3 years old. An elevator has been down for months, with no timetable as to when it will be repaired. This exacerbates the fact that there are only 2 elevators in the whole building. Also, the finishings of the units are very cheap and things break constantly. Our unit has experienced water damage due to leaks from units above us. In a new residential building in Miami, this is a grave problem. We also have issues with the fire exits, as many of the access doors to the stairwells are broken and do not allow for easy entrance to the stairs in the event of a fire or evacuation. All of these issues would be tolerable if the management staff communicated to the residents. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and we must hear about issues as we encounter them. This includes one of the management staff being led out of the building in handcuffs. The most redeeming quality about the building is the assistant manager, Suri, who is a bright spot in the murky management staff we have encountered. I am a current resident here. When I was looking to move from my house I wasn't sure an apartment would cut it. Soon after meeting Adriana (the leasing specialist/ assistant manager here), seeing the apartment and the amenities I intently changed my mind. The building is beautiful and if you are lucky enough, you get an amazing view of Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, trees, and the amazing water view behind it.

The building also puts on great events for the community, the most recent being the dog Halloween costume contest (where my pup won second). They have put on wine Wednesday's and other little contests and events that are wholesome and fun where you get to meet the amazing people that live here.

If you are looking to move, there is no better location with a better building than Zoi House. The amazing staff Adriana and now Luz (the new property manager) will help put a smile to your face and change your attitude about one of the worst things to do - moving.
