Ordered online, and when I got there they tell me that they didn't have the shredded mozzarella I asked for so they put cheddar instead, when I asked why didn't they call me to ask me what to put instead the lady said in a bothered tone "well you asked for both see here it says cheddar mozarella" she spoke no English so she read shredded and assumed it was cheddar, which would be an honest mistake if it weren't for the attitude the lady was giving me. I don't like cheddar so I asked them if they could make another with provologne, but in all honesty the only reason I let that lady make food for me again was because they make the subs in front of you, she was obviously annoyed and I wouldn't trust a person with that attitude to make food for me where I can't see them. When she was done she threw the sub on the counter before asking me to sign for the receipt. Awful...

They charged an extra $2 for just a little bit of garlic butter on the bread (they didn't even add any extra cheese), and this extra charge wasn't listed anywhere on the menu, so I didn't find out until I went to pay. The lady making my sub was sloppy (the sub was falling apart while I was eating it, with the toppings very unevenly distributed), and she even popped a piece of topping in her mouth while preparing my sub. Also, the restrooms had dirty toilets. There are plenty of other food choices within walking distance, such as Pollo Tropical, Dunkin Donuts, and Burger King, and if you're really in the mood for a sub, Groovy's Pizza, Publix, and even other better-run Subways are not far from this location. It seems to be a common theme in the US that people in the food service industry have absolutely zero hustle. Meat was thrown on willy nilly along with everything else, toppings not spread evenly.
Tables could have used a wipe down. No tissues with my order or anywhere on the counters to wipe my hands or face, and there was a hand sanitiser station but with no hand sanitiser in it.
Food was tasty, though the service wasn't worth tipping. Maybe US businesses should just pay people what they're worth: $11/hr posted out the front is...
