I have done business with cricket for most of the last 20 years. I like the product, from phones to plans. I have thought that Cricket's customer service had lacked, to put it mildly. The company rarely focuses on customer service, if ever. The Miami store definately goes above all lack of customer service found throughout the company. They keep a good selection of phones on hand. The personnel is knowledgeable about their products and helpful in the process to boot.
