Harbor Freight — Local services in Miami

Went in because of "get 3 free items." After purchasing well beyond the requirements to get" 3 free" , I was told the choice of free items was only batteries. Ok, I get 3 packages. The clerk said you can only have 1. I showed her the email that shows 3 free. She says maybe I can get you 2 free. I said no ,there's going to be 3. She says take it then . I told her to ring it up, as I'm not going to be chased by the police for stealing. She finally rang it up and I left. Horrible experience! I won't go back to Miami Oklahoma...

Got in and out of the store fairly quickly today, the cashier was friendly and helpful. My only complaint really is that one of the products we bought...a laser attachment to assist in cutting straight lines. I plan to return it because it's ridiculously inaccurate. It was only around $7, but still disappointing. Not the fault of the store or its employees, but our disappointment is in Harbor Freight's dodgy products.... sometimes good, sometimes bad. Hopefully there won't be a problem...

Went to HF and purchased many items marked with a sales tag. At checkout the lady asked for and typed in my name, address, phone number, email, everything but my blood type. When she rang up my purchase, I didn't get any of the discounts. I asked about it and she said I was not a member. I have no idea what she's talking about. What was all that personal info for that I gave her. I think this place is a scam and I will not go back. Back to...
